Nice food and a good selection of drinks. It is pricey and still a bit odd with how the entrance and exit work. Not sure it's still necessary with how the Covid situation is now. Still, I will keep going every now and then

Wow what can I say! £10 for 2 small tubs of ice cream, hot chocolate and a coffee, the paper cup said on the side,be careful of hot contents,i drank my small coffee in one go,once the marshmallows had been eaten off the hot chocolate it was like water, been waiting to try here everytime we go putting but we'll not go back, the queue outside makes it look busy bur yr like in a conveyor belt system where you don't really get a chance to view what there is to purchase, it all seems very rushed, shame really because its a lovely location.

Nice little cafe, nice food definitely ideal to grab a coffee and enjoy a walk around the park! At times the cafe can be very busy and a long que forms outside, the staff do the best they can to keep things moving although some customers can be rather impatient as I’ve witnessed this

Nice food and drink but please ditch the take away cups n plates. Now we are over the worst of the pandemic it would be more pleasant to sit in the cafe with a proper cup/mug and plates.

Lovely lunch served in biodegradable cardboard boxes that folded out into plates, and disposable wooden cutlery. Good price, friendly service, lovely surroundings. Not our first visit and won't be our last.

Visited this afternoon, ordered three hot drinks and after 20mins of cuing and waiting for all three drinks to be barely warm. Cue was very long so didn't want to wait again to complain but very disappointed and definitely won't be using the cafe again.

Really disappointed with the service I just received from this local cafe. My seven week old son has a dairy allergy, so it’s important I avoid it due to breastfeeding. After expressing a dairy allergy to the server - late 40s male, long grey hair in a ponytail - I wanted to double check the hot chocolate powder was dairy free. I was responded to so rudely and was made to feel like an idiot for wanting to ensure the safety of my child. My partner and I have been here many times before, always receiving a welcoming smile and good customer service, but this was a completely different, unwelcoming experience.

Always friendly, they serve a great coffee (other drinks are available!) and the cakes are too delicious to deny yourself a treat 👍 Indoor space is sometimes limited due to its popularity, but outdoor seating is plentiful and takeaways are always an option.

Really need to raise their game here. The young man at the entrance is fine, he is pleasant and professional, and is as kindly as the Angel Gabriel to the poor souls, clamouring around the gates of Purgatory.Unfortunately some of the other staff are grappling with the limitations of their narcissism, consequently you won't get much change out of a smile. For them, service is a tedious imposition upon the banality of their personalities; another wretched necessity in the relentless pursuit of profit. So if you ask for a hot drink, expect one that is luke warm. Or ask for a "coffee" and you may find yourself imbibing a milky drink that has less caffeine than a stick of celery.Outside there is plenty of seating, and a sunken garden by the pond for you to sit and enjoy the ambience of this beautiful park.

Really friendly, sunny, park-based cafe serving excellent eggs. We stopped by near the beginning of a cross-country drive and found it easy to park on-street by the park. Fresh flowers on every table, *super* dog friendly, and left us with a smile. We will definitely be back, even though we live 150 miles away!
