This is for me, quite astonishing. I'm quite blown away in all honesty, from the authenticity, the sheer depth and range of flavours. You need to try this restaurant for yourselves and see what it's all about, it's quite simply a Will Smith slap to other restaurants in Norwich.Service was efficient, friendly, information and knowledgeable about the menu, with perfect recommendations ready and willingly given.Hats off to you all, all service and kitchen staff.Thank you for a fantastic anniversary meal. We will be back!

The food was amazing. Portion sizes were perfect, the menu was nice and small, meaning everything on there was going to be of the highest quality. Everything was seasoned to perfection, I honestly couldn't fault anything. The staff were great too, they were really helpful in there recommendations and very patient with me considering how indecisive and long I can take when making orders.Honestly this place is amazing value for money and I would definitely recommend it to anyone who enjoys real Italian food.

Really great restaurant, loved the atmosphere in there. The service was top notch, attentive without being imposing. And the food was delicious unlike any pasta dish I have had before, in the best way possible! 10/10 would recommend to anyone interested in good food and drink!

Been a while since going to Benoli's restaurant in Norwich but I have to say the Parmesan croquettes have gotten even better, perfect crispy crunch on the outside, smooth soft interior and just the right cheese intensity. The creamy Burrata is a thing of beauty accompanied by charred leeks, edible flowers and an amazing hunk of crystalised focaccia. The giant orange croquette is actually a cod Kiev or squat fish finger/cake but with the interesting addition of Nduja sausage paste to baccalà mantecato or whipped salt cod.To be fair, the starters were so good that next time I may just order all of them and only move on to pasta, pesce e carne, if I have room. After a trio of starters between two we had the beef cheek pappardelle was rich and meaty without being heavy. Beautifully flavoured with a garlic confit, onion and pesto.Contrasting, the crab pansotti (ravioli) was lush and buttery with Jerusalem artichoke. We were the last to leave and ate leisurely and were not pressured to vacate after service ended, though we eventually did to be kind towards the friendly staff needing a break before the evening.

Such a fantastic restaurant. We came for lunch, and had some truly delicious antipasti, pasta and desserts. Would especially recommend the Parmesan croquettes and the tiramisu - divine!

High quality Italian food and drinks, coupled with attentive service, made for an enjoyable evening, but the upper floor dining areas are uninspiring with respect to decor and atmosphere.

Starters were a little disappointing but the mains and dessert were great! Dishes were creative and different from the typical pasta you eat at restaurants. Atmosphere was a little too dim for my liking and I wouldn't consider the place romantic as it was quite noisy overall. Very busy place, service was great and we were glad that the ingredients that they use were fresh and local. Will definitely go again and let's not forget to end the meal with a coffee, it was so good!

Lovely little Italian restaurant with bold British flavours. Great atmosphere with an interesting menu which blends British ingredients and flavour profiles with Italian techniques. The only drawback is that for such a refined restaurant it would be great to nail the basics. My ravioli could have used a little more in the pot as the pasta was a bit undercooked (more than al dente). We also prefer our ragu sauce to be more cooked down and viscous but unfortunately it was large chunks of meat with pasta plopped on top. The dry parpadelle stuck together and it was difficult to separate. The base sauce was quite thin, it would have been great to be served the pasta mixed together wjth the sauce and starchy water so it was a more cohesive. Perhaps these are quibbles but would love to have amazing food and compromise on the decor, but appreciate this is just our opinion.
