Gourmet Burger Kitchen in Norwich

I got a naked panko chicken burger which was such good value. You get two salads instead of a bun and the salads are really good. Friendly staff and nice atmosphere with nostalgic music playing lol.

I can't fault much about the place. Service is friendly and the food is really tasty. I love the refillable fizzy drinks and also there's a good selection for all dietary requirements or restrictions. The food came quite quickly, and it was all hot. However the one thing that always stings is the price. Paying over £12 for a burger alone that, although tasty, is a burger is always a struggle. They do a reasonably generous discount for students, but aside from that I can't see myself coming back at full price unfortunately. Tasty food, but perhaps a little too pricey :/

We were served by a lovely lady called Vanusa. She was so helpful with our choice of food as we were so indecisive! Glad we asked her as our order turned out to be perfect ! Very pleased with the service and the branch. Will definitely be coming back.

Such good food. Had the loaded beef burger, so juicy!!! Got the Passionfruit and Vanilla drink, delicious! The one thing I didn't enjoy much was the skinny fries, they were so skinny, if they were a little thicker, they'd be amazing. Would recommend

Very average not a lot of taste one lettuce leaf and one thin slice of tomato, fries so skinny all I could taste was oil, can of beer so old I could taste the aluminium can ! And all for£15 per head ? Not good McDonald's does better Lol 😂

Got a seat right away. The place is super clean. Food was tasty too!

came here for a ‘moving in’ meal with my parents and it was absolute perfection. the staff & our waitress were all so polite and lovely to us. i ordered the ‘beyond & cheese’; and i was not let down. the whole build of the burger was gorgeous; the patty cooked to perfection; the bun warmed but not to the point of being soggy; the cheese was beautiful; perfect portion of salad & overall a real treat to my tummy. my parents also throughly enjoy their burgers, all polished off with yummy sweet potato fries & skinny fries.

Amazing. Delicious. Great vibe inside, amazing food, friendly down to earth staff (and not overbearing). Only teeny improvement I'd make would be if we had received the shakes closer to the meal as they had mostly melted by that time.The food was lovely and beautiful. Meat was juicy, with the perfect runny, slime-free egg. Truffle tater tots were to die for, and I had a thick shake with chocolate chips in it 😍My partner also had a coffee which he said was very nice. Pure 10/10 experience. I don't have any pictures because I was too busy eating.

Food was borderline awful. Eatable and that's about it. The truffle sauce on the fries was lumpy and as if it was never heated up properly. It was also quite cold. Fries themselves were not cooked properly. Burger was okay but not hot. And I have ordered burgers and fries before and food arrived hot and fully cooked through.Way too expensive for what it is as well. Will not recommend.
