Great Wall Chinese Takeaway in Norwich

Takeaway never late in years. Food quality always outstanding. Portions are huge. Most Hygenic place in Norwich.

Amazing food, best Chinese I’ve had since going vegetarian. The ‘prawn toast’ was a highlight. Great customer service when we ordered as well, very solid 5 stars

Strongly avoid never had anything like it in my life, I couldn’t even bring myself to eat it. And the chicken “balls” are about the size of a 50p

I had an amazing takeway from Great Wall. All the food we ordered was Vegan and absolutely DELICIOUS. Also the lady running it was a delight to talk to. Would 100% recommend for anyone looking for healthy and tasty chinese food!

Delicious food, so happy to have a vegetarian chinese takeaway option and so impressed with the extensive range of options. Best chips I’ve ever had and the ‘chicken’ balls and ‘beef’ in black bean sauce were beyond incredible. Really flavourful and kind owners and staff

Lovely lady who makes great vegan food! Any vegans who want a classic Chinese this is your place!!!! Prawn crackers, prawn toast, chicken balls and meat fried rices! Very yummy and a lovely local lady who works there! X

The only reason I've given this resturant 1 star is because there is no option to give none. I ordered salt and pepper tofu, 'thai style' chicken and special fried rice. Me and my friends, who all ordered different dishes, found our dishes were all smothered in exactly the same beige-brown sauce, that tasted identical - slightly salty, slightly spicy. Like cold gravy mixed with chilli powder. My salt and pepper tofu was far from the delicious, crisp fried salt, chilli, spring onion and pepper that you can get from far better restaurants. It was slimy slices of tofu, straight out of the can, with a chopped pepper that hadn't even been deseeded, a quartered pickped onion and 2 peices of undercooked broccoli. All of this was, again smothered in cold, slightly spicy gravy. It was nit work the 12 pounds i paid. In fact, i wouldn't feed this to my dog if you paid me. I hope this serves as a warning to NOT EAT HERE.Again,DO NOT EAT HERE.

Great food on an entirely vegetarian menu. Amazing to have so many options that you wouldn't normally find in a takeaway. Would really recommend the mixed platter starter to get a feel for the menu. The chose curry and satay are also both really good dishes. No delivery but well worth the trip.

A truly fantastic takeaway, first point the owner is lovely and such a happy soul makes me smile every order. Second the bad reviews for this takeaway are by people that don't realise that this is a vegetarian vegan takeaway. So good to see an independent outlet be brave enough to forefront norwich's veg/vegan Chinese takeaway. I highly rate this takeaway for its food, service, and price 5 star all the way :)
