Afternoon tea was lovely and service was prompt. The mini cakes weren't my favorite but the scones and sandwiches were delicious.

Won’t be going again. Arranged for parents Ruby anniversary as a special occasion, but unfortunately the experience was ruined by waiting in excess of 30 minutes to receive a drink and over an hour to get our afternoon tea although having made the booking months in advance, which was testing as we also had 3 young children with us. The staff seemed clearly understaffed; we had to ask where our food was, had to ask for jam for the afternoon teas, follow up for drinks and the scones they had asked us what we would like were not what were delivered. The food was nice, not so impressed with the cakes though. No apologies from staff or follow up as to what we thought. Being fortunate to have had the pleasure of a number of afternoon tea experiences at other locations this ranks among the lowest.

The best cup of tea I've ever had, Harriet's Special Blend, sister in law has the peppermint, she said it was so smooth. We also had sandwiches which were delicious. Thanks to the staff as well. Tea so good that we bought some to take home and I shall be ordering on-line once it's finished.

Superb what a hidden gem in Norwich... Staff are so polite food was excellent and staff all dressed in matching outfits. This is how a tea shop should be... And they even do cooked breakfasts which was perfect ...... Brilliant place well worth finding it... Tables out side if you have a dog.....

Service was incredibly slow - so slow we just paid for our drinks in the end and had to cancel our food order as, after an hour, we still hadn't recieved any update on our order. We were just told they were very busy, but there weren't many customers in there at all. The food we ordered was basic sandwiches - nothing fancy. One of the staff spent 20 minutes just slowly drying individual spoons with a cloth rather than helping the waiting customers.

Tried the afternoon tea set, nice environment. Food is okay, some desserts and sandwichs are lovely, but some are average. Staff is okay, however I was asked to put the tea pot and other utensils on/ off the serving tray for them. A bit pricy given the quality of food and service

A bit disappointing.... not very nice décor, stale scones, afternoon tea small and over priced (not a patch on Assembly rooms, which is only £6 more), sandwiches only on white bread (no butter, bland cheese). A shame but I would probably not go back. On a positive not e- cakes were lovely

Relaxing atmosphere lovely decor. Loved the waiting staff dress code. Felt like I'd stepped back in time to a beautiful victorian tea room. The prices are very reasonable . The tea for 2 came with a teapot of real tea, a pot of hot water to refill with choice of lemon or milk. Sugar lumps and a little tea strainer! The tea tasted delicious. We had Egg Benedict with a choice of mushrooms or bacon. The sauce was delicious and buttery.Cannot fault the service atmosphere or food.

Bit pricey for what it was but great service and a nice looking restaurant. The staff are lovely but I couldn’t get over the funny uniforms…

Afternoon tea for two. Service was very good, food was fresh and good quality. As it was sunny we sat outside and people watched.Would recommend
