Italia Nostra in Norwich

Our first visit to this restaurant. We enjoyed the fact that it was small, creating a very comfortable atmosphere.The main courses are mixture of pasta, meats and vegetarian options plus daily specials. We opted for chicken breast, one cooked in a white sauce and the other in tomato. Both were delicious.The house white was quite acceptable. We finished by sharing a tirimasou followed by coffee.A thoroughly enjoyable experience, will definitely eathere again.

Love this city centre restaurant. Home cooked food at its best. Good value for money, extensive menu with a full variety of dishes. A family ran business with friendly staff. Italia Nostra is a must visit restaurant when you are in Norwich.

Fantastic Italian meal, but so wanted more atmosphere and experience to take home and give this place 5-stars.Our maitrê-d' was extremely polite, left us to enjoy our meal, but some Italian restaurants put so much more theatre into the event to entertain.Thank you and certainly, we will be back.

Quite nice...proper italian food but perhaps being midweek made it a bit quiet, and not much atmosphere.I would just like to say that my review of Italia Nostra from 3 weeks ago posted a 5 star rating. The paragraph above is from 2 years ago!! My wife and I had a really nice evening with the most fantastic Italian food....as good as we have had in all our travels throughout Italy. So a big grazie mille.

Excellent food, quick and friendly service, and a tiramissu that I would go there for alone. Amazing work guys!

Really enjoyed this place, food was lovely. Went on a Tue night, arrived 7pm. Service was good but then got busier and think it was then a tad understaffed (probably understandable for Tue night) At the end of meal I was going to order a liquer with ice but no one came to table so didn't bother in the end, just paid bill. Glass of white wine for £6.95 I thought was a bit expensive and tiramisu dessert for £6.50 odd could've been slightly bigger but overall very enjoyable and would visit again

Really lovely traditional Italian in the city center. Only a few tables available when we visited on a Tues, that says it all. Pasta was perfect.

This is a must restaurant if you want a real authentic taste of Italy. Excellent food, excellent service and most importantly a great choice of Italian wines.

Delightful, family run Italian restaurant, with a good menu and a "specials" board. We arrived just longing for a simple plate of pasta, and thoroughly enjoyed what we had. The house wines were very acceptable and the service friendly and efficient.
