KFC in Norwich

We have used this KFC since it was built, years ago. Usually it is good and never had much problem, maybe an odd side etc missing. Today was a totally shabby experience. I am contacting head office. Manager not exactly sympathetic, despite returning twice (10 mile round trip each time) as order wrong and they still didn't get it right!!

Was waiting for 50 minutes for some chicken. Very busy on a Saturday the staff could not keep up. Drive through, just eat orders and a huge cue in the restaurant that never went down. It was cold in the restaurant, no heating on in the middle of winter. My 2 year old sat in his coat eating a meal. Not good. The fries where soggy the drinks where flat and the gravy was cold.0 zero rating will not return

Given one star as couldn't give no stars, worst experience EVER in a fast food outlet, staff more concerned about the upcoming payday than the customers, I presume a new member of staff has just started as all he was moaning about was the fact he wasn't going to get paid during this pay period as he joined too late to do any shifts before the cutoff date, do customers really care about this all we want from a fast food outlet is FAST food, not an hour and ten minute wait for food, and as for the ordering terminals inside how ridiculous is it that you can order an item but when you finally get your food your told that item is out of stock and I should not have been able to order it as if it was my fault, definitely the last time I ever use KFC.

This particular KFC is disgusting. Food arrived cold and dry. Must have been cooked hours before. On calling to discuss the issues I was told that there was nothing wrong with the food as they weren’t busy- informed it must have been the delivery driver’s fault!! Told the staff member it literally took 10 minutes from ordering to delivery so definitely the fault is with KFC.Basically they couldn’t care less- looking at all the reviews it’s a common theme

I went to this place yesterday 07//01/22 ans was without doubt the worst place I have ever been to eatHand sanitisers were empty at entrance, all the tables downstairs had grease like stuff on them, therefore as a result went upstairs after the 'food' was cooked?The stairway was filthy with bits of food, dust and detritus on them. The floor upstairs was rottenOpened up the food and it was cold, took it back downstairs to be told "the heater doesn't work too well"Took food back upstairs then had a sip if my drink which tasted as though it was made a week ago, flat as anything.We gave up and I went to the loo before I left, the toilet was disgusting, urine on the floor and no soap in the dispensers. Later on that evening we were both unwell. Shocking

We are fond of kfc food after a long day. But out last half dozen orders have been missing items, which is especially awful when the items missing are a child's meal, meaning we have to cook even though we ordered take out! Tonight it was two box meals ordered, and extra chicken. No extra chicken, and none of the sauce/condiments ordered with the box ordered, leaving us with dry chicken. And this isn't an isolated case with this resteraunt, sprowston is just as bad. The food is nice, but you only receive half what you order.UPDATE: during the process of writing this my partner regurgitated any food she has eaten, and I did the same not long after caring for her. I will never order off kfc again, and even after a while after eating neither of us feel well.

Believe me I would rate -5 if I could. During lockdown we have ordered deliveries from Deliveroo a good few times and there has either been something missing or worse. Had a refund already. Decided tonight to cross our fingers and try Just Eat tonight and the chicken wasn't even cooked! The so called manager apparently checked it! I have it cooking in the oven now. Put me off KFC for life.

Just ordered delivery for 1st time in a long time and can honestly say it was the worst KFC I've ever had the chicken was overly greasy and not sticking to skin and to top it of very under cooked a heath hazard to say least as far as fries I'd say cooked hours earlier as was the BBQ beans dry with no juice 😠as for the belligerent so manager Jason well less said about him the better but he definitely hasn't herd the last of it.

Such a well fitted out KFC but on going through the door you can't get anywhere as there are so many delivery drivers waiting, there is no room when ordering. The staff are constantly surprised at dinnertime that people are coming for food and so run around like maniacs and then all customer service goes out of the window.The food was better than it's been in a long time but drinks and fries seem to have shrunk!

As I was running late home and needed food as had stuff to do when I got home, it seemed sensible to go fast food. Chicken by KFC is always a consistent. And it didn't disappoint this time. Friendly service, reasonably priced, good packaging, tasty well cooked chicken.
