Lotus House in Norwich

Amazing food, portions are plentiful. Delivered very fast and piping hot. Friendly staff on the phone and lovely delivery guy. Cannot fault a thing. Excellent!

WARNING… What a disgusting place, I was physically sick for 3 days, charging crazy amounts of money for chicken that is not any form of chicken I’ve seen or tasted before something very wrong with this meat, bagged up and reported to trading standards and the food safety team Norwich. Beware & DO NOT EAT !!

The food was amazing, I got a duck chow mein and there was loads of meat in it, the staff were friendly and the prices very reasonable

Ordered house special fried rice through Deliveroo and found a clump of hair tangled on a mushroom. 🤮 I put the hairy mushroom on a napkin and took pictures – enjoy. 🤮I called the restaurant, and they quickly arranged and sent over a replacement, but no apology, explanation or any sort of discount/refund was offered.I've ordered from them a few times in the past without any issues, but this was just so disgusting that I won't be ordering from them again.

The restaurant excepted our order, phones an hour later to inform us they didn't have what we had ordered!!! Then refuses to refund!! Basically stealing/extorting money!! Do not go anywhere near this place unless you're happy to pay for food you're not going to receive.

TERRIBLE!! I got food poisoning from this awful order, was sick for two days (vomiting, fever, body ache) while on holiday. Place should be shutdown! JustEat are rubbish and won’t do anything other than take your money! Much better alternate sites exist as they take no care of their customers and forget about this restaurant!! Absolutely ruined my holiday!!!!!

Usually good and very fast but we have had slightly soggy/undercooked food recently

Used them for ages, until... hair in the food was horrific threw the whole 30 quid order in the bin, complained got 20 percent off for collection went to collect and then they came up with cash only. Obviously not aware of this because no comments were passed on the phone about this left with choice but to leave the order there. Would avoid these guys like the plague. Made my partner feel very silly waiting ages for our order which was just left on the counter. Very upsetting.

My wife and I have been using this place for many years now and it's always exceptionally tasty food delivered in a very reasonable time.Before we found this place, we used many other places and none come as close as Lotus House.Think that I might just have to order one tonight!
