Marks and Spencer in Norwich

Normally would be a 5 star but I accidentally picked up someone else's coffee. And was verbally abused by the other customer. The staff did nothing and explained it was my fault for picking up the wrong order. Very unprofessional how they dealt with the situation. Hopefully was just a one off as we usually get treated well in the cafe and shopping section.

Need more staff! Popped in on Saturday for what we thought would be a quick lunch. Place was obviously busy but to be expected for a Saturday. Massive queue just to order as their were only 2 people serving. After finally ordering and getting 2 toasted sandwiches it took them 40 minutes to toast them and get them too our table. Gregg's can do it in 2 minutes! Lots of people were complaining about the time it was taking!

Superb food and drinks when in the go

Nice place for coffee whilst shopping in Norwich city centre.

Rude staff, overflowing bins, very poor service, will never recommend or go there again...
