Mcdonald's in Norwich

Pre ordered on app, chose to sit in and drinks brought over. Very pleasant young lady brought them including extra milk, sugars and stirrers. Even asked if we needed anything else.Only gripe would be an older lady who appeared to be cleaning things seemed very grumpy. On leaving the toilet I encountered her right by the door, nothing said to me so I waited, to let her pass, being polite. Well it then appeared that she was going into the toilet. Perhaps if she had said 'I need to go there' I would have known and held door etc.. no 'excuse me', 'thank you' or any words. Just a glare. I later saw her bring a tray of food to a nearby table, again no interaction with the family, no smile, nothing. When other staff were polite and pleasant, sorry to say, she really stood out.

New veggie options are very good. Quite busy. Queue for drive through very long. Exiting car park is challenging due to poorly parked cars

So I haven't been into McDonald's since before lockdown, and as I walked in, the first thing that I noticed was the standards of hygiene 10/10. Usually, I just get it to go; however, due to this alone, I sat in and eat my meal inside.The staff all looked happy and you can just hear laughter so I could imagine working here as a young person would also be very fun.The only thing I have to say about this McDonalds is that it seems to run out of milkshakes A LOT.(It could be just me or bad timing)I will definitely be more encouraged to sit in from now on rather than sitting in the car. 👍

Half of the time, their service is excellent and quick. The other half of the time, you may have to wait over 35 minutes for a milkshake and an apple pie, having to remind them twice that you're still here. Eventually I handed over my receipt and they got it for me, while being very apologetic. Their wait times here are hit and miss, but the food is pretty big standard for McDonald's.

Under staffed. Fries were cold, order was wrong. Granted they were very busy but don't expect fast food to be cold time it gets to the table. I requested new fries for us all, and they happily changed them. So many deliveroo people taking up seating area (bar sections) waiting for food they were to deliver. We had food wanting to sit down and eat (I had two children with me). Our mc flurries were like water time they finally called our number, she said sorry they've melted a bit, again I asked for new ones and she replaced them. For the record never in my life have I complained about food before, but twice in one night.... Maybe its my age lol

Decided to go here for my meal instead if Burger King because they are supposed to have an electric vehicle charge point, and I was almost out of battery in my recently acquired all electric car.Ridiculous. The charge point is completely inaccessible. One of the charging parking bays was blocked off by a refrigeration container, and the other parking bay was full of stacks if empty plastic trays.McDonalds as an organisation should have more respect for their customers than to advertise that they provide a facility which draws customers when they clearly have no intention of letting customers use the advertised facility.

I've ordered on just eat from this place a few times in recent months and every single time there's been food missing, drinks missing, drinks that do arrive are 1/4 full! And you even forgot the Big Mac from the Big Mac Meal tonight!! Not happy and WILL NOT be ordering from you again!!

Really friendly staff, much more so than other branches we’ve been in to recently. A little bit of a wait on the order but it was a busy afternoon. Would visit again.

Worst McDonald’s I’ve ever been to. I’ve used the drive through a number of times. Most occasions they get the order wrong, usually with missing items. Clearly aren’t packing or checking correctly. The fact that every single time I go through the drive through, they make me wait out the front in my car for the food, on average for about 10 mins. Even when not busy. Items of food have been cold too which makes me wonder what the wait was all about. Never any sauce, even when I asked them when they brought it out to me if there was any in there (they said yes so that annoyed me even more). Would avoid. Entirely.

Absolutely, shocking.I'm not speaking to the quality of the food, more to the lack of actual food being served.Every single time I order from this restaurant, the order order hasn't been complete. Missing several items. It is NOT my job to check the order, that job belongs to the employee packing it.It takes a lot to get under my skin and I've never left a review, so to be annoyed so much by the failure of one particular restaurant, genuinely astounds me.I suggest a senior member of staff take a look at whomever is packing the orders and have a good word, as they are clearly taking shortcuts during busy periods and when it's approaching closing time.
