Mcdonald's Restaurants in Norwich

Came for breakfast but had just missed it. The drive through was very busy at 11am on a Sunday morning. Not so many people eating in. Restaurant was very clean and uncluttered.I had a cup of tea and daughter had a happy meal. I managed to spill my full cup of tea all over our food but staff were kind enough to replace everything.Play area outside is close unfortunately.Gemma was great, interacting with my daughter and was very chatty. Would visit again as the staff were very welcoming and friendly.

Best McDonalds in Norwich, hands down. Never forget anything like sauce pots or straws, always get the orders right, great service.P.s. THIS is what I want when I order extra pickles. Whoever did this, you deserve a raise. You da best.

This McDonald's do not take food allergies seriously... on two occasions now i have order a big mac meal with no cheese... even when ordering at the drive through ,the person repeats to me no cheese...! But for the second time now once home i have discovered cheese in my meal. When i call to explain they just dont have time to listen or choose not to bother to listen ?.And just try and fog you of with a code to get a free meal. TAKE FOOD ALLERGIES SERIOUSLY

Definitely one of the better Maccys in or around Norwich. Always see it being cleaned. Special mention of a fella called Ross who's worked there for years, always welcoming and very helpful!

Waited inside for food. However as staff seemed to spend their time serving the drive through my food was cold. It was taken back and replaced with fresh however it took 30 minutes. So much for fast food....

Had a big Mac meal hadn't eaten that day till my McDonald's so know it was that I suffered badly after that meal with food poisoning it took me 3 days to recover from vomiting and diarrhea. They obviously got bad hygiene issues would not recommend had same problem at the boundary road store. The safest cleanist McDonald's is near hall rd next to BP garage had no issues from there

My Regular place Norwich Airport McDonalds , service always the best from the bald headed young lad . If everyone was like him in this world . The world would be kind caring place . Give him a pay rise . He deserves every Penny . Thank you for such helpful friendly service .

This place never fails to deliver excellent customer service. Always clean and fast to order. By far the airport Macdonald's is the best in Norwich The staff deserve nothing but credit.

I like going to this McDonald's because I have a problem with crowd's. I had not been there for a while. When we sat down to eat our food. I noticed a new member of staff i observed how he greeted other people coming to dine there. He was very attentive and is definitely an asset to the McDonald's. I liked him. It is really nice to be able to sit inside and dine now.

Sat inside a McDonald's for the first time in about 15 years as normally use the drive through. I was shocked by how friendly the atmosphere was inside the restauran. It was manic but the staff were brilliant. There was a gentleman fooling around inside with the customers and making the kiddies smile and nothing seemed too much trouble. I would happily return due to the atmosphere inside.
