McDonald's in Norwich

They're normally quick given how busy they are, food is of variable quality, staff are helpful.

Location is inside the shopping centre on the top floor food court. Clean and tidy, fast service. there is no self service at this mcdonald's it is good old fashion human to human interaction

We went to spu you like and it was nice went with my son and my husband very friendly staff 👍

Food was good. I was surprised, as last time didn't enjoy it. But they were short staffed, and the que was huge and the waiting times really absurd.

Workers are slow and appear clueless all the time. Sadly the same goes for who appears to be the manager. Took 10 minutes to order an egg sandwich with only two other customers in front of me. manager needs to designate worker responsibilities better because cashiers walk around doing all sorts when they should have only one person take orders and one collecting and bagging food etc, rather than both getting mixed up between jobs. It’s not hard..

I never expect a lot from a Macdonald's but this really was pretty poor. Milkshakes were a banana and vanilla mix. Yuk! What prompted me to write was the filth of the toilets. You could see they hadn't had a proper deep clean for a very, very long time. The whole place was dirty but the toilets were shameful

Served quickly and received food fast. Only drawbacks were the lack of seating as its always been busy when we've been

Too slow for words, one person taking the orders, operating one till, doing the drinks . 6 more tills in the line turned off. Two other remote tills unmanned. Even after ordering a wait of over ten minutes for food to arrive. One member of management taking her own sweet time making up delivery orders looking at the ever growing queue. Another tidying up the salt and pepper. Rubbish service. Felt sorry for the young lady on the till.

This is genuinely the slowest mcdonalds I have ever been to. I feel like I aged by two years by the time I got my food. Don't bother with this place just make the trek to the one near the library

For a change this city centre restaurant was fairly quiet and we didn't have to fight for a seat. Meal was freshly cooked, but sadly no milkshakes available
