Being retail background feel biased and also working in this store. Great changes for departments but overall can see saving money in service as shelves empty even whole section to party and alot of balloons and no helium so what is the point. In total we counted 4 staff members this included on the checkout. Overall very disappointing if you wanted a full shop

Had breakfast here after shopping. No brown sauce, no sweetners, no tea spoons. Its in a huge supermarket for goodness sake.Tables dirty, cutlery filthy, gents toilets awash. Won't eat here again and will think twice about shopping here as well.

Service in this cafe is beyond ridiculous. Every time we are here it seems to get worse. You can stand at the counter for 10-15 mins without even being acknowledged. Staff will casually walk past you without even a 'won't keep you a minute'... Tables are all overflowing with mess. The floors are a hazard with the amount of food on them. I witnessed who I assume to be the 'manager' just leave shift with people unserved and almost every table uncleared and I'm painting a picture of a busy cafe.. It wasn't, there was 5 other patrons here. Every table outside is dirty and I'd guess around 85% of inside.Add to that, it's always dirty cutlery and plates no napkins or teaspoons etc. Urgh. Every visit is a struggle.

I have shopped at Morrisons for years and always found great service, freshness and variety of food.I am however very disappointed and frustrated by the lack of staff in the cafe area, with 2 cooking serving and washing up, 1 poor lady taking orders and payments, making coffees leaving the payment area to make teas and coffees leaving nobody to bring out meals or clear and clean tables..This I observed was very, slow and frustrating not only for the few staff but also for the paying customers who in many cases, walked away..

Easy parking, average service, good quality meat, reasonable pricing. We will continue to buy our groceries at Aldi and Lidl, which are far better value, and have better and more efficient service.

Morrisons cafe has a reasonable selection of breakfasts and light meals. Including some vegetarian options. You can order online from your table, although via Morrisons' website rather than through a dedicated app.Hot food is brought to your table, but you"ll need to collect drinks from the drinks counter. So it's not quite full table service. On the whole, I think the cafe offers reasonable value for money if you just want a quick bite while out shopping.

Wrong order and food runs out, refunds always offered and given see a manager on customer services app doesn’t work

Busy Sunday 2pm. Only went for cafeteria. No veggie sausages left. All empty tables filthy and cluttered with dirty crockery and no staff appeared to be cleaning up. Obviously need more staff on duty. Men's toilet really grim and stank.Decided to get meal deal instead. I can't believe you have to go through the regular checkout to pay for goods which include a hot drink. Every other supermarket would allow you to pay at customer services near the meal deal items. Won't be returning.and

Came here on Sunday 22 June at about 2pm. Surprisingly busy! Good sized clothes and homeware section. Didn't do any food shopping.Went to the cafe as we fancied a sit down. Not too much on offer. Fresh cakes looked a little sorry for themselves (and were uncovered). Staff were helpful and brought our hot food over for us and any extra sauces. Cheap food esp the bacon bap 75p for anything extra.I liked seeing the disposable face mask box at the entrance. Good idea!
