Nando's in Norwich

Always a good service when we eat here, tables are always clean and free and are always seated very quickly. The service is quick and just enjoy the atmosphere here. Ice didnt work when we were here but minor issue to a lovely meal

We went for my sister's 23rd birthday. My mum ordered on their app (had to). We waited over 30 mins and as we had not yet been served drinks we asked what was going on. They said they lost our order somehow. They offered two free sweet potato chip sides. However my sister is autistic and was getting really anxious. When the food arrived (still no drinks) they forgot one thing on my sister's plate and the wrap my mum ordered that clearly showed on the website a picture of the wrap with a pea side, did not come with this pea side thing, and we were told that even though it shows it on the photo when ordering, it simply doesn't come with it and would have to order separately. The glass bottle of coke that was ordered for my sister and costing £4.. turned out to be a glass to fill at dispenser.

Good food as you'd expect from Nando's, quick service on a relatively busy lunch period, ordering from their app is a bit of a pain in the arse

Great experience. All the staff were very helpful. Food was great. My partner has a food allergy and they made sure everything was safe and prepped correctly. Couldn't have been happier!

Service was amazing. Friendly staff. I'm from London so came to take my mum hospital. After traveling for 3 hours from London. Great stop. Felt comfortable and welcomed.

Fast and efficient service for a saturday night! Had the famous Fino Pitta medium, chicken was juicy and full of flavour. Highly recommend a visit here.

This is always my favourite Nandos to come to. The staff are incredibly friendly, the food is perfect and comes out fairly quickly. I would highly recommend
