Nice Chinese but really wasn't worth the wait of over 2hours. Very disappointed and won't use again!

Nice food, poor delivery service waiting 2.5 hrs for delivery.

Food is nice but depends if you're willing to wait sometimes 4 hours for a delivery, this has happened not just the once maybe 5 times in the last 10 orders. Might be worth investing in some more delivery drivers.

Been waiting 4 hours for my order and called multiple times and apparently it’s been on the way for the last 2 hours. Won’t be using again

Love this place as it's only 3mins walk from me. Online orders is easy to do and ready to pick up in 15 mins. Portions is big (even for me :) ) food is delicious and not too expensive Thanks

The food is good if you get the correct order, mine has been wrong 3/4 times and tonight i had to cancel as was going to be 2 and a half hours when they quoted 1 hr 24 mins

We've used this takeaway for years. Over the last year though the service has gone completely downhill. Three times in a row now we've been left waiting in the takeaway for up to 45 minutes after the time we were given to pick the food up. We've been surrounded by a large group of customers in the same boat as us. The manager refuses to come out to discuss the issue, leaving the poor staff to face the increasingly frustrated and irate customers. Tonight I phoned nearly 2 hours prior to the agreed pick up time. The food was not ready when I arrived again. Enough is enough - please sort your system for orders. Your customers have had enough of your excuses.

Waited over 2 hours in total for luke warm food in which we ended up finding a raw prawn in our special fried rice! thankfully we noticed before eating them. Will not be reordering from this restaurant there was not even any attempt at much of an apology. Ridiculously bad experience and the food was average.

Awful! Booked online 40 minute delivery that took well over an hour to arrive. Eventually received and it was the wrong order. Whoever it belonged to it looked disgusting. Chucked it in the bin. Called to complain & told driver would be back with my order. Driver returned and demanded the original delivered order was returned to him. Said he needed it back so I literally fished it out of the bin & gave it to him. Hopefully he didn’t re deliver this to someone else!! YUK. Never again

Food is ok, but omg! I wish they would simply be honest about waiting times.....last night, tried to phone, ended up going to shop to order, was told 20 mins, ended up nearly a hour wait! Now if they had said a hour, I would have gone back home to wait
