Very good food, easy going staff and quite attentive. Portions are huge and amazing selling point. Nice combination of flavours! Highly recommend.I wish they would focus more on hygiene. Floor had dried food from previous night. The glasses look like we’re picked up from the battlefield during WW2. I asked for cleaner glasses and apparently it is due to the “dishwasher”. I have worked as a kitchen porter before and I can tell you it is bad cleaning practise and extremely old glasses and not the dishwasher unless it is a very old dishwasher that does more bad than good when it cleans. Please change your set of glasses, they are honestly disgusting and brings down the whole quality of the restaurant which is at a very good standard food wise good. Please change your glass bottles to cleaner ones. There is bacteria forming up on the hinges and the inside rubber. You’ll end up spending at most £500 to replace all for the whole place. That isn’t much considering you make that within the hour.If your intention is to force customers to buy drinks as they cannot drink the water, well fair enough, it worked :D.

Amazing! Did not disappoint after reading great reviews about Cafe33. Don't be put off by the queues as it moves quickly and there's plenty of seating inside and upstairs! (We went at 10am on a Sunday and there was still a queue). Super friendly and well trained staff who are efficient and know exactly what they are doing.Food was amazing too! We went for brunch and everything was spot on even on a busy weekend morning. The chorizo hash was surprisingly good with plenty of chorizo and mushrooms which places would normally scrimp on... Decor was cute and atmosphere was great too.Would highly recommend and definitely in a convenient part of town if you are just visiting Norwich 😊

Best vegan brunch! Good price for the food and worth the wait to get in! The breakfast I got had such an interesting mix of foods you would struggle to get anywhere else

Great menu with nice healthy options. Good portions and a decent size pot of tea! Decor really nice, had a very laid back vibe but the staff are super efficient. Can see why there was a queue when we first went by, glad we went back.

Really tasty food and a good value menu - lots of common + not so common dishes to choose from plus a good range of veg/vegan options too.Service and food was great and I left very happy! Highly recommend.Glad we didn’t shy away from the queue as it moved quickly. It spoke for itself because of how great the place is!

The cafe's breakfast choices were outstanding with vegan/nonveg options and their coffees. The only thingwas that you had to wait in line to be seated, and you had to wait outside of the entrance.It's worthwhile to stand in line. The staff was pleasant and responsive to the customer's needs.We were stuffed from breakfast.It was a little crowded in the morning, but because your mouth was full of food, there was nothing to worry about

Only came in for breakfast but wow ....it was sooooooo good! So much choice too! The staff were really friendly and helpful! And the cakes.....don't get me started! I have had many a cakes from different unique places ....and these....were... gorgeous! Never seen so many actually cakes in a cafe like this before....and there was a lady baking upstairs who kept bringing more down! Had some to take away .....very VERY nice! Highly recommended!

We ordered Salmon Benedict and Mediterranean Toast. Poached eggs were over cooked, and Mediterranean toast toppings were an overkill. Sour dough toast was too dry and the knife was not strong enough to cut through it. We were given a table next to the toilet which was another let down. I’m gonna visit it one more time and update my review accordingly.

Presentation, flavour, wait time & cost all spot on. Friendly & quick staff as well. It’s very clear why this Cafe/bar is so popular. To start, they have a good selection of food to choose from on their menu if you’re looking for mostly breakfasts/early lunch whether you’re an animal eater, veggie or vegan. Furthermore, this isn’t just run of the mill breakfast dishes, they’re dressed up and full of flavour. Now that would make you think they’re going to be overly expensive however, that’s far from the truth given how delicious they are.Service was very quick and the time between putting our order in and food arriving was short. Very friendly staff who do a good job of keeping on top of a ‘bit of a tardis’ cafe full of people. It doesn’t feel hecticly busy, more of a good, full of life, vibe.Recommend the vegan breakfast, 5/5 will definitely be back again!

This place offers the breakfast in Norwich without a doubt! Coffee & cake equally as delicious. Always a queue to get in, but 100% worth the wait and it’s never anything more than 5/10 mins for a table in my experience. Staff are always super friendly and don’t forget to check the specials board 😀
