Olive Tree in Norwich

Delivery driver was incredibly rude. Tried to pick a fight with my partner because a call did not go through and voicemail could not be accessed. It is not that hard to find where we lived anyway because our place was the only building with a light turned on. Reported to management and they said they will talk to the driver but honestly I have never known a driver so rude and eagar to pick a fight with customers. He needs more than a "talking to", he should not be working in a people-interactive job. No refund or better solution offered. My food (mixed kebab) was dripping with grease, tastless and cold so I could not eat much of it. My partners donner kebab was better but not great. Not worth the money at all and I will not use this kebab shop again.

Great takeaway food, good price.If you want a cheeky pizza delivered that's freshly made and over-fill you, this is a good place. The chips are great, too. I'll definitely order from here again. Delivery time was spot-on.

Awful service and food. Driver phoned to say he had the wrong postcode. After 45 mins and three phone calls later he turned up on the doorstep for me to point out he had put in the wrong postcode on his sat nav. I tried to give food back as it was cold and after shouting at me on the doorstep he walked off. I phoned the restaurant to ask for a refund and they wanted the food back. The food was already in the bin outside and after I had been shouted at I didn’t want the driver to come back to my house. They refused to give a refund despite me saying I have a door camera which recorded the driver admitting his mistake and the reason the food was cold was because he went to the wrong place. No refund and no edible food. I didn’t expect to be shouted at on my doorstep at 10.45pm at night for the drivers own mistake too!

Cold food. Late. Rude driver and owner. Complained and driver walked off. No refund. Disgusting service. Food went in bin.

Tried this place tonight as I'd heard good things wish id have read some reviews, 1 of the kebabs wanted no salad but they didnt give any salad for all three, theres no customer service when we called they said they dont speak english ... toffee pie was just a weird no flavour cheesecake. Wont be ordering again.

Food's okay, though I've noticed always a little under done but definitely *appears* to be the cleanest and best kept kebab shop on Prince of Wales. I'd rather wait another couple of minutes and have a better cooked pizza or slightly crispier chips or doner meat than shave off a couple of minutes and not cook so well!Service always a bit odd—the guys mumble to one another in another language at the same time as talking to their customers and it's often not clear if they're talking to each another or to their customers or, perhaps worse, *about* their customers! Certainly one never feels like a particularly welcome visitor to their establishment! Still, I'll be back, as their Doner Special pizza is delitious!

I have never seen such a small pot of garlic sauce, it might only be 50p but its the stingiest pot of sauce ever. The burger is disappointing too, barely any sauce on it either, and their idea of salad is just lettuce! No onion, no tomatoe, just cheap skates. Never ordering from there again
