Papa John's in Norwich

Placed an order through their website, never received confirmation, but it did pop up with the tracker, that didn't work. Called the restaurant to find out what's going on, told they had issues? Why wasn't that disabled on the website then...anyways couldn't refund me as I didn't have an order number as I never received an email confirmation.

The staff where friendly, how ever not very professional. Not sure they where great at hygiene either. But the food tasted good I still think papa John's is the best pizza.

I paid for my pizza and waited for one hour then they cancelled my order…that’s just messed up tbh. I’ve waited one hour for nothing!

Great quality pizza, very similar to Domino's but far cheaper! Will definitely choose over Domino's based on the price difference

I think Papa John's pizza is the worst.Tried it twice in Lowestoft.Thought maybe it was just that branch that was dry and horrible so tried it in Norwich too. But it was yukky there too.Both their dairy and vegan pizzas are flavourless, dry, and disgusting.Won't ever be getting a pizza from there or any Papa John's again and will never recommend.

Great service. I've ordered from this place more then 5 times now, and not once have I had a problem with my order. Always delivered on time, never cold, nothing ever missing from my order, food always tastes good... no complaints from me!

Ordered 2 x Medium pizza's, 2 sides at 6pm last night.Viewed the online tracker at 6.29pm, it said pizza's were out of the oven and being checked.1 Hour later, no Pizza's & no update on the site.7.31pm I got a call from a delivery driver saying he was sorry to be so late. He had just picked up our food and would be arrive with us in 5 minutes.I didn't expect to receive food that had been sitting cooked for an hour.Thats exactly what happened & what we were delivered. £25 for stone cold pizza.According to Papa johns I should have called back and complained and asked for replacements. We had guests round and didn't want to wait another 90 minutes for pizzas ( We would have been Eating at 10pm)I'm writing this as a warning to any other customers who are waiting for ages, it might be worth calling the store and checking where food is and making sure you are not going to get stone cold pizza thats been sitting for an hour waiting on a driver.I ended up putting them into the oven at home for 30 mins, they done the job, but not very nice

We ordered the pizza this afternoon and collected in person. The pizza did not taste at all and was smelling oil. We went back to the shop and told the guy at reception , he was so rude , told us i can not refund as i made the fresh pizza. He did not even say sorry once.........I asked to smell/check it but refused by him. Dough was off and not fresh or something wrong...I throw the pizza outside in the bin.Bad customer services....Would never buy and recommend the pizza from Papa John.....

If I could give no stars then I would. 3hrs later my pizza arrived cold, and with the drink missing. Twice I had called and spoke to the rudest person I've ever spoken to, to be told that it was then coming out of the oven. My husband was then about to go up there after calling and again being spoken to rudely. The delivery driver finally turned up. He was the only good thing about the experience as he was very apologetic (he was actually from a different store) and was just as shocked at the service we had received. He told us to check our food while he was there with us, which of course was cold and the drink was missing. Will never be ordering from Papa Johns again due to this experience. The lad that works here needs some serious customer service training. Appalling.

Placed an order for collection. The staff were really friendly, welcoming and informative as I was slightly early and had a short wait to collect the order. The pizza was fresh and hot, really good quality and we'll definitely order again. Only criticism would be that the crusts on the pizza were very big, not sure if specific to this location or how Papa John's is usually.
