Papa John's Pizza in Norwich

1h 30min waiting for my pizza, arrived cold, thanks, last time I order. Aldi pizza is much better

Food 2 hours late and ice cold. Upon calling them was met with rude member of staff saying sorry they are now shut. Have used many times before but won't be using again. £30 wasted! The app Sat for 50 min saying food was being checked. Had hoped it was a glitch but can see now our food must have literally just sat there for an hour!Do not recommend this branch at all! Received an email saying sprry for keeping ypu waiting and offering £5 off next order. This will not be used.Highly disappointed

No update on order, delivery man over 1.5 hrs late on estimated time, food cold, ice cream squashed and quality seal hanging off pizza. Won't be ordering from here again 😒

Today and last week I ordered and every time they didn't put all the topics that I ordered on my pizza.Last time I wanted a pizza with chicken but no chicken on it.Today I ordered something with tomatoes and guess what...no tomatoes. 😡I m wondering how is to pay only a quarter form that order??Awfull !

Poor pizza wouldn’t buy from here again, barely cooked at all, not cut, and tasteless. would be better, easier and tastier to buy a £1 pizza from Iceland.

Very bad experience compared to our previous place in essex..Pizza never arrived. after making lot calls i told them i will collect it( my mistake).I gone in 10 minutes and collected and the pizza was cold , i asked to get other one and they told its because i gone and collected.. tried to help them in busy time and short staff.. but got a bitter experience..never help anyone.. even they forgot they are delivering some food.. finally got a replay to complain in the website...

Sadly pizza was tepid and not very prompt. Made for a very poor experience and we won’t order again - sadly we only looked at the Google reviews after calling to chase up!

Wow. Last time ever going papa John's.. I'm surprised there still in business.. get a better pizza from asda for a quid. Awful awful awful.2x in a row you awful awful awful. Rather had put my money in the bin.. that's £42 in space of month I'll never be getting back

The pizza was shockingly late... almost 2 hours from order to arrival... it was incomplete, the order was incorrect with the cheese and tomato pizza not being thin crust as ordered and certainly didn't have any extra cheese as requested, but worst of all it was all stone cold and totally inedible. It went straight in the bin and I had to nip to the chip shop to get some food. Absolutely awful. I phoned and I was told that I had to go online to rectify any issues. I went online and they said that I had to phone to rectify any issues. So I phoned again and I was told the management are the only ones that can do anything and they won't talk to me.Avoid this all together... Domino's Pizza is only a few doors up the road!

Awful service. Ordered at 17.55pm. At 7.15pm the app said my pizza had been delivered. By 7.40pm when my pizza still hadn't arrived I phoned to query where it was and was told that it was on its way. Pizza finally arrived at 8pm 2 hours after ordering and was barely lukewarm. Received a £5 emailed voucher off my next order for the delay (45 minutes before it was actually delivered) The voucher unfortunately won't be used as I will never order from here again!
