Pizza Hut in Norwich

The staff were fantastic but it is what it is when it comes to the food, not to my taste but all the kids seem to be enjoying it.

So we decided to try big pizza hut.... No message that order is ready to collect earlier (it was !stone cold!, picked it up exactly when it was supposed to be ready). Big sharing fries for two it's literally 40 pieces,putty for 4£. Now the big pizza for two with extra 3 cheeses and extra bacon which I didn't find anywhere. It's only dough, the onion is left over product from some factory probably, far end pieces and this is it. Toppings consisted of 6 pieces of microscopic mushrooms,nowhere to find chicken meat from the order pic, the sauce for base is completely missing! It's the worst pizza I have ever tried, and I eat a lot of pizza. Please ppl, avoid at any cost. If I eat the box it would be better... Very sad story.

If you want your salad mauled by kids helping themselves to the various food on display and touching ever bowl going then this Is the place.Staff to busy to acknowledge the problem. Extremely loud place to each not recommended for anyone without kids.

Very poor service, missed a childs meal completely, flavour gone on drinks machine, dirty tables all around us, not cleared the whole time we were there.

Absolutely disgusting!We waited over an hour for our pizzas. When complaining to manager who was extremely passive aggressive! He told the party, that basically we needed to wait and it is what it is. There was no apologies for the food coming in dribs and drabs! Nor was there any acknowledgment that it was my sons 6th birthday meal with his family! And we wanted to eat together.The manager then became rude and abusive! Too the point we ended up leaving without having our meal.Customer service is shocking! Rude rude rude!!!!

Visited Pizza Hut this evening , 23/1/22.Food was mega late coming out and other food on our order was brought out 15 mins before meaning people where all eating at diffent times..Really disappointed with the manager and his attitude this evening .He most definitely needs to be moved from his managerial position or at least provided with further training.Our whole party felt we had leave after the way he handled the situation,This has definitely put me off any future visits to Pizza Hut, such a shame as we have had many great experiences here in the past.

ABSOLUTELY DISGUSTING !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!We visited Pizza Hut for a 6th birthday meal 23/01/22 and we were totally shocked at the service !! Our food was delivered in dribs and drabs including 2 members of our party receiving there food half a hour before the rest of the table who waited over a hour even then not receiving the correct order. When asked to speak to the manager to find out our foods where abouts as we had children present who at this point were irritable as they were clearly hungry, he came over with extreme aggression and a disgusting attitude problem towards pizza huts PAYING CUSTOMERS and continued to raise his voice and throw his arms around was extremely rude and unprofessional. I believe this “incompetent manager” either needs further training in CUSTOMER SERVICE !!!! Or removed !! Extremely disappointed in Pizza Hut we will not be returning to such a unorganised, unprofessional and extremely rude FAMILY FRIENDLY RESTAURANT!!!! Awful.

Seated and served quickly. Food was decent enough and the staff were efficient despite being somewhat busy. Be warned, pizza hut is now cashless.

Let’s start with the positive - food was good.Now the negatives…..I’m sure it was warmer outside as the restaurant was freezing cold. Surely for the price they charge they can afford heating…the food took nearly one hour to arrive - after the waitress asked us after 45 minutes had our food arrived a few minutes later ‘the manager’ came over offering a refund and telling me that they were short staffed in the kitchen. Given the number of staff in the restaurant, maybe worth sending a couple to help in the kitchen?? Customer service needs a lot of work as managing the customer’s expectations surely would be a good idea to avoid frustrated and disappointed customers.

So the first time I ever walked in here, some guy was sooooo rude about having to book more than 24 hours in advance, I didn't think I'd come back.I did, a week later.Came out with my friend for a meal, and had ordered Mac and cheese to share (as well as our pizzas) which it turned out wasn't available. The team were amazing though, gave me a refund and gave us puddings (which were incredible). The team turned a poor experience into a fantastic experience. It's so rare to feel looked after in retail and food places these days, and I appreciate it when it happens.
