Pizza Hut in Norwich

Food quality is very poor. As long as you're happy with frozen pizzas that taste very dry and mass produced generic, cheap salad bar choices that come out of tubs then enjoy.This is no reflection on the staff.

Most of the food at the buffet was burnt and the ice cream machine was broken for days, putting a huge stress on the staff, they insisted we ordered via online, which isn't practical. Staff are much better at taking orders, keeping it personal between client and waiting service.

Don’t listen to the negative reviews- super friendly and hardworking staff- thank you Tracey for your excellent customer service and allowing customers to sit where they would like, nice to always see you with a big smile and having a laugh, whilst always being on top of things. Food comes quickly and the quality is great!I think people just need to realise that if a place looks busy then of course it’s going to take a little longer to get your food. It’s common sense. Shut up and be patient, staff are working as hard as they can!

Appalling 2 separate households with 5 people eating. Three of us had food from the salad bar and around 4 hours later all 3 had bad griping tummy pains followed by diarrhoea. Once reported it was intimated that it must have been us! No apology. It was my husband, me, my daughter, her fiancé and my grandson. Will never eat there again

Really good service consudering how busy it was. Great pizza and pasta and the salad bar is very good.

The food was okey, but what has bothered us the most was the waitress. She was very unfriendly and wasn't even capable of calculating prices.

My favourite part of the restaurant were the toilets. Because you have to go up 2 flights of stairs to get there, which makes it feel like an adventure to use them. Good quality Armitage Shanks porcelain aswell adds that touch of class.

I ordered a pizza on deliveroo - Hawaiian pizza was advertised as circular and a good size… what I got was the opposite - a square pizza which was a child’s size! Called the restaurant only for him to say I had to speak to deliveroo if I wasn’t happy - even though it’s them selling the product. False advertising

Second time using this Pizza Hut and the first time I gave them the benefit of doubt but after my second visit I decided to review it!The first visit we had the buffet the pizza was average and two hairs were found in the pizza and the pizza was left unlabelled which isn’t great considering some people may have dietary needs!Second visit no hairs this time but the pizza was literally dripping grease it was disgusting 🤮 their was cobwebs all over place and old pieces of food around the restaurant clearly don’t employ any staff that know how to clean. I won’t be choosing to eat here again!

So we decided to try big pizza hut.... No message that order is ready to collect earlier (it was !stone cold!, picked it up exactly when it was supposed to be ready). Big sharing fries for two it's literally 40 pieces,putty for 4£. Now the big pizza for two with extra 3 cheeses and extra bacon which I didn't find anywhere. It's only dough, the onion is left over product from some factory probably, far end pieces and this is it. Toppings consisted of 6 pieces of microscopic mushrooms,nowhere to find chicken meat from the order pic, the sauce for base is completely missing! It's the worst pizza I have ever tried, and I eat a lot of pizza. Please ppl, avoid at any cost. If I eat the box it would be better... Very sad story.
