Ok coffee some staff can be grumpy guess it's the long hours, but other than that with the subscription it's worth it

Always polite staff, always wanting to go the extra mile so to speak..The coffee is good, at busier times there is a slight wait for your coffee. Lots of seating upstairs or if you prefer outside.There are 2 branches in the city centre.

Indoor and outdoor sitting areas. Ambient and great place to have lunch or coffee with friends or work alone from. Yet to taste food as I only had a drink while meeting with my friend.Mobile network was poor on the premises and I couldn't pick up their wi-fi easily as well. I had no interaction with staff at all.

Chaotic and you have no idea if the drink that is being called out is yours or somebody else's. Toilets need attention and cleaning.

Pret has always been one of the best options for a healthy, nutritious and very delicious lunch. It's now better than ever. They offer a thoughtful mix of standard panini's and quirky salads. The decor is reasonable, but it's all about the food really! Love Pret!!!

Seating area is good, comfortable, clean and adequate space. There is a reasonable choice and the coffee was OK. We had 3 toasted sandwiches which were tough and overcooked on the bottom and soft on the top. I think a consequence of the reheating method. Not good value for money.

I've been coming here several times a week and they always have amazing coffee, a good variety of options and great customer service.

I use the coffee subscription so I get a coffee before work most mornings. Is often busy with college students but the staff are always as quick as they can be.

Very close to 5 stars, has the atmosphere but the price of everything is a bit on the expensive side. So if you don't mind spending money it is a great place to go.
