Prime 82 in Norwich

I was brought here as an early birthday lunch and I was disappointed to see how dirty the utensils were. Both my friend and I had dirty silverware - hers was worse than mine. The food was delicious and it didn't take too long to cook but no one wants to see dirty silverware. It should be looked at properly before wrapping in napkins and put on the tables for guests to eat with them.

PLEASE READ IF CONSIDERING EATING HERE:So the food was all very low quality. Prime rib was so thin and had no bone on it, also none of the fat was rendered so I was eating chewy fat the whole time. Lobster for the seafood brucietta was fishy tasting and chewy, shrimp wasn’t cleaned right and had sand, and the cod was undercooked. (Already threw up on my way home). Said they couldn’t comp it due to us eating 2/4 pieces but happily took back the other 2. Bay leaves found in the soup which the food runner laughed about. Wasted 116$ on food I will be throwing out due to them not wanting to comp. My 21k Connecticut based tiktok following is going to love hearing about this. Our waitress was very pleasant ! My husband's filet mignon was excellent! My Delmonico was very tough and not at all a Prime cut . Weird because I've had them here in the past and they were excellent. Maybe a new meat supplier ?? My sons was also really sub par... stick with the filet mignon .

Poorly run business. After having a private parry set up well over a month in advance, our reservation was "lost" and we did not end up with the party that was originally planned. Handed greasy plates, we were never served all of the preselected menu, which the owner had no record of, despite being in constant contact with another member of our party. Would never give this establishment another penny of my money.

The experience here was amazing, the staff, especially serena, was PHENOMENAL! They helped me execute my mom's birthday Celebration perfectly. The drinks were strong, but still delicious. The food was amazing, especially my lobster burger pictured below YUM. The only complaint I could say is that the baked potatoes were undercooked. The food was overall 8/10 Thank you for your kind service and hard work during these crazy times.

Nice atmosphere, staff very friendly!! Now the bad part was food was not very flavorful! I had the chicken and broccoli and fettuccine and i thought it tasted bland. Third person in our party was missing his meal and since we know mistakes happen we did think maybe a discount should have been given but alas it wasnt!!

Very loud...sent dinner back 5 times for a well done steak. Bar tender charged us $18 for 1 beer and 1 khalua Sombrero while waiting for a table. But waitress charged us $18 for 2 beers and 1 Sombrero.

This is definitely one of those classic restaurant/banquet facility combos, attached to a hotel, that has great food, but could use a little updating, both inside and out. We were sat immediately, the food was wonderful, and the service was decent, too. Chairs were uncomfortable. Prices were on par with most other eateries in that genre and area.

Absolutely amazing food and service! We had such a nice dinner there. We were a large party of 22 pple and kept pushing our reservation time. However, the manager was very accommodating. I forget the names, but the two female wait staff we had were fabulous. The food was delicious, freshly made and fast. Highly recommend the place. Thank you for a memorable evening!

Never been disappointed. Alex is always so hospitable. Food is great. Martinis are amazing! If you're looking for The atmosphere and ambience, this is the place to be for all that. Always love date nights here with close friends and family.
