Delicious food , best Indian food on time delivery 👍👍👍

have been using this takeaway now for 15yrs, great food ,but when picking up our food we always have another half hour on top of their 40mins they told us, not good enough. seems were put to the back of the queue. time to look for another takeaway!

We have ordered from here for years now, and keep coming back because of the quality of food. 5* for food quality. Simply amazing, best in Norwich. However, time and time again the wait times are beginning to take the mick. Whether collection or delivery it’s always late. And not by 5, 10 or even 15 minutes. We’re talking minimum 30 minutes. Again tonight, we were told collection was 45 minutes. Partner turned up and had to wait another 30 minutes on top of that. Previous Deliveries we’ve had to wait over 2 hours. It’s getting ridiculous. It’s a shame to say but we’re definitely going to try elsewhere next time.

Another wrong order!Poor communications but they did send a (single) complimentary rice 45 mins after everything else was cold.Meal was binned & rice rejected!If you choose to use them be prepared for possible dissapointment, delays & incorrect items.If you collect be sure to check everything before leaving.I'll be going somewhere else!It's a shame as they used to be good.

as usual the best cooked Korma in Norfolk. all food I believe is cooked to order so does take a while if you order at the shop, prob best to pre phone order thro but I'm prepared to sit outside and wait for my order as it's always the best

Will start off by saying the food was decent... just a shame about the rest of the experience.Placed an order through the app which stated a specified wait time for delivery which was absolutely fine... but this is where the problems started. As the clock ticked over our delivery time, I rang the restaurant just to check on the status of our order and it was clear that they hadn't actually started cooking it, and they said it would be with us in 20 minutes, despite us having already paid and waited 75 minutes. Low and behold it didn't arrive after 75 minutes, so I rang the restaurant back. They claimed to have tried and called us (they didn't) which when I contested they quickly back tracked. So not only were they incredibly late, they also lied to us.We finally received our order 2 hours after placing from another delivery driver who was actually a pretty nice guy and not as incompetent as some of his colleagues. A really sour experience which means I will never spend another penny with these guys.

Food great. Usually food is ready when we arrive, this time had to wait longer than I wanted to. This is rare. Next time I'll up my rating to 5 starsFood is most important isn't it? And is excellent here

Chicken Razala and lamb dish were lovely, the vegetable bhuna had sweetcorn in which unfortunately put me off eating it, I can't recall having it in Indian dishes before.Even though the naans weren't delivered it was quickly rectified.Staff are polite, friendly and helpful 🙂

I travel past several other indian takeaways to get to Quality and it never let's me down. Quality is an apt name as the food is always so tasty. Not the quickest by any means but well worth the wait.
