Very good roast! Even better desserts and a welcoming and helpful team of employees. Would recommend booking well in advance to get prime time slots.

This pub is superb, lovely pub food and the service to match. So few places where you have it all, but here it has! I was really pleasantly surprised.

Good old fashioned pub serving food. Three of party had the salmon one served perfectly other two slightly overdone on the sauce actually swimming in it which spoilt the meal. Puddings very enjoyable but not sure if I'd return

Very good pub/restaurant. Good menu options and very good portions. Have been twice ghe last few weeks. Steak was very good, as was the roast pork. Adnams beer on tap. "Old-world" building with beams in the restaurant (not sure if original). Can be crowded on Sunday lunch so best to book.Would recommend.

Bar staff were awful. Waiting staff were very good. Average food. Experience was marred by bar staff. Can get same standard food else where without the awful attitude of the bar staff. Shame really as the waiting staff were a lot younger bit had far more hospitality and customer service skills.

Lovely food as usual, but why is it so cold in there, The last two times i have been, I look around the restaurant at everyone else who has coats on, its ridiculous to have to eat your food in a coat because its so cold. Great shame!!!!

It's not cheap but then like anything, you get what you pay for. Food was fantastic, really well presented and cooked to perfection. The staff were friendly and cheerful and the pub itself is beautiful. Really lovely experience.

Table of 5 for my son’s birthday .Absolutely delighted with customer service throughout, and nothing was too much trouble .Food was delicious also !Will definitely make this place a regular visit nowThank you !

The place is nice inside, but the food I had was not the best (fish in a mustard sauce). It might have been just the dish I chose as my husband enjoyed his meal. I might go back there one day, but I don't think it made it to my favourite places.
