A family party of 7, a disaster of the ages. We all pre booked bottomless brunch, the first set of drinks went well, when it came to the food being over an hour, we inquired and were told ‘on its way’ several times. When delivered we had the wrong orders, most dishes were cold and myself wasn’t even fed. 20 minutes passed and still nothing. My sister, on her 18th, was crying because of the evening, with empty promises and apologies. The ‘manager on duty’ was unprofessional, and didn’t seem to understand what he was doing, lack of confidence, skill and drive, coming to the table with a tale between his legs constantly apologising and not fixing anything.Overall after 3 hours, my sister went home crying, I went home having no food whatsoever, and everyone else extremely unhappy with everything. I did contact them to seek an explanation of what went wrong, however, unprofessionally, again, they have not responded.I urge no-one to dine here.

Shame I have to give 1 star. Plenty of great places to go in Norwich, don’t even bother going to here!! Terrible staff, not one in there has customer service skills, namely Emma Mobbs.

Planned a 36 person party, 15 quid pp, menu looked great. We were served 8 small plates of food, meaning 41 quid per dish! Food was bland. Service was poor.We registered a complaint, twice, but with no response. Terrible. Don’t bring your party here.

Nice place, drinks were well made. Pints a bit pricey but well served.

Had a fantastic night out for my birthday, staff where fantastic definitely go again. Not ideal for people who cant handle going down stairs.

Me and my friends came in for food Thursday afternoon and it was really nice, the cocktails were great as well we had Zombies, the best bit was they were 2 for £10 wish I wasn't driving so i could have more. Will be back

Lovely atmosphere, was fairly quiet which was good as we could hear each other talk! Food service was a bit slow but wasn't an issue.

i came to visit here with my family on my birthday just for some light drinks. the service was spot on; we were greeted by the manager who was head of organising table placements and time management per party - to ensure social distancing & hygiene was adhered to. we had a little bit of trouble with the ‘Rev’ app, but the waiter came to our table and helped us to no end. our drinks & food came out swiftly afterwards, all of them tasting amazing (especially the Zombie cocktail). we also ordered a ‘stack of six’ however one of the flavours we wanted (birthday cake) hadn’t been in stock so they replaced it with 2 free shots which i thought was absolutely lovely. the atmosphere was a little loud, but what else did we expect for a saturday afternoon !! all in all, a lovely place & kudos to the staff :)
