Very good onion bajis. However, charging nearly £7 for a vegetable curry where the only vegetables are lumps of potato and a few peas AND charging another £3 for rice is definitely taking the peas...Ten quid for rice, peas and spuds is just a lazy rip-off, so unless they up their game and start giving better value for money, I and my guests will definitely avoid.

Disappointed tonight placed my order online like normal 3hrs later no delivery.... Rang cant get a answer... Emailed no response... Shame as I enjoy the food and have been telling everyone how great it is :(

Some of the food is really nice, but the vegetables balti is really not good and the food in general is quite salty. If they use less oil and salt be a better experience.

Delicious food, piping hot on delivery. All meat was tender with no hint of grease in any dishes. brinjal bhaji was spectacular. All in all best Indian I've had in Norwich (and I've had a few...) a must go.

My first time buying from here and I really loved it! The food arrived within 30minutes and tastes so good! The Biryani portions were very nice too

Absolutely disgusting meal. Onion bhajis black and inedible. Chicken reheated and like rubber. Customer service appalling. Rang to complain the guy hung up will never order from here again. Even asked the guy to come and sample his food he refused of course.

We had our first takeaway from Rice and Spice last night and it won’t be our last! We had aloo methi, gobi bhaji, a sambhar dal with puri and onion rice. The puri was crispy and fresh, the onion rice was delicious (not just some basmati with some onion thrown in here!), the other dishes were all spiced and balanced perfectly and I don’t think I’ve ever had a better takeaway!

My first negative review! Who wants to eat a cold delivered meal? Took over an hour and a half after being told 45-60mins. They also need to look up the description of a salad, a bag of sliced lettuce isn't

We had been using this takeaway for a while, however I don’t know why (maybe new chef?) but tonight’s meal was terrible. It arrived cold- however this was nothing compared to the watered down mains, the burnt naan bread and the flavourless rice. I truly feel cheated out of my money- I should have just gone to Sainsbury’s and brought a Indian meal there..... will definitely not risk returning to this Indian!!!
