Amazing taster menu only marred by not having prosecco and substituting with champagne. My fault I don't like the stuff. The only other thing was the chick peas were too al dente which other people had complained about. I guess chef was going for a different texture to offset the smoothness of the other ingredients. However once again a culinary masterclass set the bar very high and this is still my favourite restaurant.

The service was wonderful, the food tasted very nice. I was very unwell as soon as we got home (I’d had one glass of wine so not the booze) and was very sick. I contacted the restaurant to raise my concerns and they never got back to me.

Service was good and food was not bad. A bit of delay between the starters and mains, and the risotto was a little too thick for my own liking. However the pork belly and skate (both mains) were excellent.

Nearer a 5 than a 4. Lovely setting, great food. A couple of oddities on the menu but all rated good. Biggest downside for me was the toilets. Clean but tiny. However, the restaurant is quite small , so not much room to improve on that one. Would have liked my duck to have been a bit more tender and pink but the turbot was delicious. Would definitely revisit and like all the other patrons on that night, I'm sure I will enjoy it once again.

My partner and I went here for lunch after a stressful morning and decided to go for the 3 courses. It did not disappoint at all.First of all, it's a nice clean restaurant. The staff are lovely and make you feel welcome as soon as you come through the door. We were a little late for our booking but they didn't mind.It had a real decent list of drinks, especially wines, but we decided to go with a craft ale.We recieved an amazing amusebouche (complimentary pre-starter) and freshly baked bread whilst we waited for our starters. It wasn't too long before the starters arrived. All the food was great, we had a cheese board to share which they kindly brought out to us on separate plates. We decided to have a coffee to top it off at the end, which came with delightful little chocolates. The service was brilliant. Our waiter Richard was polite and attentive and explained what was in each dish with a lot of detail. A true fine dining experience. Thanks to Richard and the team! Can't wait to go back

Small, intimate restaurant in a lovely part of Norwich. Menu was simple, and the food not overly fussy. We had the 3 course lunch for £30, and left feeling the right level of full. Highlight was the pork belly, puy lentils that came with the tortellini and the Bakewell tart. Low point was the mushroom tortellini which was too raw and not enough depth of flavour. Staff were friendly and very attentive.

Lovely restaurant, nice food gourmet experience, the staff is acting a bit weirdly. Probably due to covid-19 restrictions.

Totally amazing restaurant, quite possibly the best meal I've ever had. Everything was presented and cooked to perfection. The quality was second to none, the service was incredible and the information about each dish was first class. It is without doubt the place to go and I'm looking forward to going back again.
