Ordered a duck chow mein. Only got about 3 little slices of duck and I had loads of onions which were raw! The noodles were plain and tasteless. Had to add the bbq sauce from my ribs which were also plain and tasteless. Not coming here again, everything went in the bin.

DON'T ORDER A MUSHROOM CURRY FROM THIS PLACE. It's not even worth the one star, but couldn't leave feedback otherwise. I can safely say that the mushroom curry that we ordered from this take away, was the worst that we have ever had from a take away. It took over an hour to be delivered, and when we dished it up, the smell hit us first, absolutely awful, didn't smell like any curry we've ever had, and when we tried to eat it, well..., it tasted absolutely horrible, it made us feel sick. We threw it in the bin, it was simply inedible. When we phoned to tell them, all they could say was that they don't know why it tastes like that. Didn't apologise and didn't even offer to replace it or anything. NOW WE REMEMBER WHY WE STOPPED GOING TO THAT TAKE AWAY.......

The worst and most disgusting food to ever cross my lips. Watery, bland and 2 pieces of chicken in a chicken dish... Really? Don't order from here, it is disgusting. The gentlemen on the phone was very helpful however, and did accept the food back for a full refund.

Worst chinese I have ever had the misfortune to taste special fried rice was large but same as everything else soggy veg 1 piece of chicken I tiny slice of pork all floating in water. Might has well been vegetarian. Tasteless and the salt and chilli King prawns were inedible. Absolutely rank...put everything in the bin.. amazing prawn crackers though !!!!!

Their food is fantastic their service is shocking. I've used this a couple of times and they've both been super late for delivery. When you go in they are super quick every time but delivery is a joke. Big foodie said 45mins after 50 we rang to see and excuses were made when I asked for a rough time I was told how long is a piece of string. In the end they were another 35mins after that. If you want to eat anytime soon, pick another place or pick it up yourself.

One star because I can’t give them any less! The worst customer service and food I have ever had! Ordered online for delivery 2.5 hours later still no delivery, tried to call and was repeatedly unable to get through. Fortunately we live close so sent my partner round to find out what was going on. They started cooking our food only because he showed up to complain, all they could offer us was £1 back for the delivery fee and a packet of prawn crackers (which are free with orders anyway!). My partner returned home with the food which was also wrong! Also pans are not being cleaned properly as what was supposed to be egg fried rice had chunks of beef in it. Infuriated I returned to the establishment to raise my complaint and ask for a refund and was met with an old man who simply didn’t have any time for me and walked away without actually speaking to me! He then returned and said I could only have my money back if we returned the food! Given that we’d been waiting so long my partner had eaten some of it and they still wanted the food back! Whilst waiting for my partner to return the food a young man who I assume works more of behalf of bigfoodie then the restaurant took the time to listen to my complaint and explained that it’s just one woman cooking and the man just takes the orders and does as his wife (the cook) orders him to! They cannot handle any more then one order at a time and I asked why they remained open and the young man was unable to answer and just said he honestly didn’t know! Fortunately he did issue me a refund and my complaint is not against him but the couple who own the restaurant and have no regard for their customers or general decency towards me as a fellow human! I have used this restaurant during normal times and I wouldn’t of had a bad word to say until today, they have truly lost a regular customer of 5 years because they couldn’t take the time of day to talk to me and completely disregarded me as a customer!

Cant fault them, worked throughout lock down and i think for most of it they had been the only Chinese open in Norwich!Really pleased with the polite service I've had and great food, we've had to wait longer but i'm not surprised. Our last order which has just been delivered is as good as always with a respectful delivery person too boot! Thank you :)

Ordered sweet and sour chicken ballsWas lovely except when my child who is allergic to fish bit into a prawn ball!Chips were reheated and shredded crispy chilli beef was half a portion and very burntVery upset and hormonal pregnant woman with a child who is now very I'll!

Don’t order from them if you expect it to turn up on time or at all. 1 hour delivery and 2 1/2 hours later and they never turned up. Now have to chase up a refund because I paid with a card lol

We ordered 2 portions of chicken bites and they just ARE rubber and we called up to get new portions after receiving the second try they are still rubbery also they are dry and uneatable. Would not recommend the place but feel free I feel like it was a waste of money.
