Best fish and chips I've had in a long time

Usually a regular here but after the previous few times we will no longer be returning.When it comes to the chips it's like hunt for a decent one that's edible and not hard and undercooked, when running out of items they just stick whatever in to match the price and hope your happy with no communication usually resulting in food being put in the bin. Reason for the 3 stars is because the curry sauce, battered burgers and chicken nuggets are lovely.

This is one of the best chippys in Norwich, the staff are friendly and the food is always delicious. What more could you want? They even offer skinless fish, it doesn't get better than that. Highly recommended to give them a visit!

We just had a take away in this pretty little shop and the fish was amazing! So delicious and generous portions.

Gave this place a try last month - football was on so wasn't too busy.I got battered sausage & chips, daughter had a child's chicken meal and a friend had plaice & chips. Came to £18.50! Food was overcooked and quite dry - like it was sitting in the cabinet for a while. Was surprised at the prices as they are quite high - no meal deals etc. Fish and chips is supposed to be cheap but this wasn't. I doubt I'll return.

Sausage, Chicken Nuggets, Potato Fritters, Cod and Onion rings were all great but were unfortunately let down by the slightly underdone chips. On a side note they sell battered Mars Bars which took me on a trip down memory lane.

Undoubtedly the best in the area. Hot plump chips, large portion of fish and so fresh and moist. I wanted to post a picture but I dived straight into the food and as I ate with my hand from the paper I couldn’t use my phone! Jamal and Deborah say “keep it up, our last few meals under this ownership, have been fantastic!”
