Shoe Makers, Hungry Horse in Norwich

Can't really go wrong with The Shoe Makers. Staff are friendly. Food is ok, nothing amazing but the price is good which is helpful with a large family

Awful place. Almost everything on the menu is 1500+ kcal. When I went they had no draft beers no soft drinks from the pump, all they had was bottled beers and soft drinks. Asked for a till Receipt and was advised no till paper.

Have visited here several times food is what ya pay for, but today Saturday 18th June was very disappointing waited at the door where it says wait to be seated…. For a good 10 minutes with nobody to attend to us so we sat down on the table (empty) by the door we ordered two meals at the table paid and was then seen by a lady who said sorry no food till 5pm which this was 3.30! So she said she would go and give me a refund now and to expect it in my bank within 3 days (so I paid and wasn’t given it back on the same day even ) so really if there is a stand at the door and wait then a member of staff should t come along when you’ve seated yourself through length of time waiting…

Cheap food, although not that nice. Didn't have half of what i ordered due to delivery issues, but this was not reflected in the price. Food tasted like it was microwaved and previously frozen. Service was good though and staff were friendly.

Visited this pub as we were in Norwich for a couple of days. Good selection of food and drink at reasonable prices. Staff are very friendly and welcoming. Would certainly visit again when in the area.

We come to this pub every time we visit Norwich which is several times a year. Nathan and his wonderful staff are so accommodating and helpful. The food is delicious the prices are fantastic. The shot glasses are a good style 👌

Very nice warm welcome from all of the staff.The food was fast,hot and tasty.I would definitely come here again,great value for money and the guys running the place were really nice lads and the girls serving were lovely too...great job guys,keep it up 👍

Breakfast was good but service to order it was terribly slow no one to take order for at least 15 mins. Not busy with customers either . The food actually arrived at the table faster than it took to order it.

Started visiting here every Friday evening. Food is brilliant value for money. Chicken burger never lasts long. Staff are very welcoming. Mikey is especially good and keeping us all well hydrated 👍

Came here 23.08.2021. Restaurant was very clean, staff very pleasant and helpful.Download the app, saves time queuing at the bar to order.Large variety of dishes on the menu.I got the 8oz rump steak (med-well done) but it was as tough as old boots. Can't get a £1 kids meal on the £7.50 steak night. Kids meals come with 2 sides.Children's play area is outside, was a little chilly in the evening.
