Miserable server who scowls instead of smiling. Also forgot part of order. On top of that no air con on the hottest day of the year, Abysmal.

·

Nice coffee but a rare treat as far too expensive. Would purchase more often if price was lower.

·

Service was very slow on the day we went in as there was only 2 members of staff serving and they were doing online orders as well. Not good customer service in my opinion

·

A+ great place to people watch.. And of course fantastic service and drinks

·

Coffee good however quite a few flies inside and around the air conditioning vents.

Amazing coffee, I hope they keep the honey, oat latte as a regular menu item. Friendly service, bar stools uncomfortable could use padding and a small back. Now a regular stop on my walk through the area.

It’s your usual Starbucks. Wide amount of indoor and outdoor seating. Staff is friendly and helpful. Constantly get my name wrong but go figure… quick and easy chain coffee.

Every time I go here, the coffee and hot chocolate is cold. I ask them to have it extra hot and by the time I’ve sat down and taken my coat off, I’ve consumed the whole thing in about 30 seconds. If I’m paying £3.50 for a cup of coffee, I except it to be outstanding, not less than average.I would buy the sweet desserts if they weren’t so expensive. Also, I bought a box of your green tea once because it is really nice, but £7.50 for 15 tea bags is a absolute rip off! I hope that the farmers whom are working on your behalf are getting an equal share of the profits but they don’t call it capitalism for nothing.

It's Starbucks...you know what you're getting. I enjoy the coffee, it's consistent and tasty. I don't usually go for any food as I'm already going against my better financial judgement by buying a ÂŁ3+ coffee as a student. It's a great place to sit and do some work etc. In that regard it's well worth ÂŁ3 to switch up your environment and get the creative juices flowing. I go here too much...

Nice branch of Starbucks. Always friendly staff that make drinks very well, in my experience. Pleasant seating area upstairs with good views of the streets around. Family friendly; seems to be good for students too, as there always seems to be a few there!
