What can I say absolutely fantastic and very yummy as you can see

This establishment is filthy! Sticky tables! Clearly this shows the main kitchen area is likely to be just as bad. They don't wash their milkshake blender after use, and the waffle machine is not cleaned! They have the most rudest staff working! I would not recommend this place at all! Stay well clear! Read the rest of the bad reviewed on here! Go somewhere better, this place does not deserve customers! They need to learn some hygene and manners!

The ice cream was lovely. The smell of poo at the counter was not. Either something somewhere has burst or one of your staff members needs to bathe more regularly

Love the food here never fails to taste good! Staff are friendly even when it’s really busy. And the food is worth the wait! So much to choose from from waffles and crepes to ice creams

Great selection of gelato and the menu boasts crepe's and waffles. Good for a cold summer treat or for something to warm you a bit in winter.

Great treats. Friendly team. Plenty of space. The gelato, crêpes and waffles were all excellent. Would definitely go again as not only was it delightful it was also reasonably priced.

Absolutely amazing first visit so much to choose from. Decided on Bannoffee Crepe.. Absolutely yummy.. Can't wait to visit again... my daughter had waffle with 🍓 and white chocolate... delicious 😋

The ice cream is rather lovely, but it's not a comfortable experience. The lighting is harsh and a cold bright light. The seating could be more comfortable. It is rather like an airport or coach station cafeteria and it should be more relaxing.

Portion size is very generous as is the menu choices. Not a problem with the food itself, though we did have an issue with the hygiene. Most notably with the high chairs. Dry food, sticky and grease covering the high chairs indicating they are hardly cleaned. It wasn't an isolated chair either as we were seated next to the stack of them which were the same.I hope the kitchen/prep area is of better standard than the high chairs.Wait time was quite long too 45-55mins which, considering it wasn't that busy was inconvenient especially trying to keep 2 children entertained.

Beautiful decor, large seating space.I have used this place on numerous occasions.Sundaes Gelato is by far the best dessert place in Norwich, highly recommended.The management is brilliant and customer service is on point.
