Taj Mahal Indian Take Away in Norwich

I’ve eaten curry for 20 years. I’ve been to some of the best curry houses in Birmingham, Brick Lane London, Southall London. I haven’t ever had a take away like it!The most important thing is consistency and I have never had a bad meal!Absolutely stunning food! Sensational flavour! Savoury stunning rice. Curry’s are just superb! Mouthwatering tender tikka meats!

Lovely food, and believe me I have tried a lot in this area, Taj Mahal is in top place leaving all the competition behind.

Wonderful food, great service, quick delivery, the food was very tasty, still very hot when taking out of containers everyone really enjoyed, good quality not to much oil, perfect blend of spice in each dish, naan bread looked very fresh and tasted good, compliments to the chefs. Well done everyone and thank you for the perfect experience.

I popped in at 4.30pm on the way home from running a marathon (they open at 5, but the door was open because they were inside prepping). I asked if I could order now and come back at 5 and they said "of course, not a problem". I ordered the set meal for one.Came back 30 mins later and there were several people inside (a good sign!) food was ready in less than 5 minutes.Got home and the food was piping hot, and the quantity and quality of the food was excellent.The poppadom was crisp, the chicken tikka starter was tasty and moist. The 2 curries a Tikka Masala and Vegetable Curry had excellent flavours and the pilau rice and nan were also very good.I couldn't fault the meal at all (which is unusual for me...I usually have something to grumble about!) And despite being very hungry from the marathon, lasted 2 servings - one that night and again for breakfast the next day.Absolutely 10/10 and looking forward to ordering another takeaway from them again soon.

Placed an order with Taj Mahal this evening for collection and it was ready bang on time. As expected for the area, parking is difficult if busy but we were lucky and got a space pretty quickly.The food was lovely, we had a good selection from the menu which everyone enjoyed. Lovely big chunks of meat and cooked with lots of flavour.Unfortunately our order was not complete and we were missing a rice. If you place an order with Taj Mahal, be sure to check everything is there before you head home.

First time I ordered a take away from Taj Mahal and I have to say that the food was exceptionally great. It was not greasy at all and there was no oil floating on top of the meat curry. Would highly reccomend it. Thank you Chef for your dedication x
