Tatlers in Norwich

Really tasty food, friendly and welcoming staff and a beautiful venue.

We went to this restaurant today. It was really nice restaurant! The food was amazing and waiter was really kind. The price is wonderful! You should go to this restaurant when you visit Norwich:)

Stopped at Tatlers with our greyhound for a light lunch so we sat outside and were immediately asked if we needed water for the dog.The ciabattas we had were very good. Excellent chips (and I am fussy when it comes to chips)Service was brilliant and we felt the meal was very good value.The renovations to the building are tasteful and it was immaculately clean.I would definitely recommend Tatlers.

Went to Tatlers recently and had a very nice meal there. Relaxing surroundings, excellent service, reasonable prices. Very enjoyable.

Brilliant experience, last minute booking. Friendly check in, Covid regime- safety very well respected.Very interesting concept of the menu... no main/large Courses.... Great informal service god product knowledge and fantastic range of tapas in the menu... chosen 8 between 2 people and couldn't finish! Amazing wine selection, definitely recommend and will be back soon.

Hadn't really considered Tatlers for a light Sunday lunch but so pleased we decided to drop in and try their lunchtime small bites menu. Two of us ordered a selection of yummy didhes, including garlic mushrooms, halloumi chips and lightly battered squid, among other things. Washed down with a beer to complete a very satisfying lunch. Super friendly staff and good covid measures. Can't wait to go again

We had a small wedding dinner at Tatlers and I have to say Niall and his staff were brilliant in giving us a fantastic evening. If you want a private dinning room to host an event for up to approx 25 guests I would highly recommend Tatlers. They were a great help with our menu, with Glenn the chef being personally involved, and were only to happy to accommodate any of our requests. Glenn's food was superb and they really gave us a wedding celebration to remember. We look forward to going back for an anniversary meal!

Superb food, surroundings, and atmosphere, enhanced that bit further by a particularly personable waiter. I've seen some criticism that it is expensive, but I personally think it really is a case of getting what you pay for.

Since a recent takeover by a new dedicated team, all aspects of the restaurant have improved dramatically. Food is very tasty and wine list full of well priced little gems. Very attentive service too. A lot of renovation work is going on so there is clearly ambition to take Tatlers to the top of the Norfolk food chain again.

Tatlers has gone a bit "low rent". It used to be a choice place to go with great food ànd service to match. Now it is limited, average and a tad unprofessional. Even the floor manager is a bit clueless. My main had just arrived to my table and he asked if the food was all right. Tough to tell, mate. Not started eating yet. Twice I had to send the waitresses away as I had not finished eating, but they wanted to clear the table. The food was just about ok, but over priced. Think twice before going. £66 for 2 courses for 2 people. Was worth half that, at best. Would not go back.
