TGI Fridays in Norwich

Ordered two Sirloin steaks Med rare. Outside of the steak was charred inside was over cooked. My hubby swapped. Steak dry fatty and stringy. Awful! Steaks never taste like steaks of the 70s Expensive Meal

I just had the best stack of ribs in my life. My family was also very pleased with the food they ordered. Staff are friendly and general atmosphere is very nice.

Visited with my family recently,really enjoyed our food we took a doggie bag home as large portions but very nice.Staff friendly the children were also made balloon animals on the way out which they loved.Large menu and a nice vibe.Music playing we liked it but not ideal for If you want to eat somewhere quiet or romantic.Free baby food given for our littleone which was a nice touch .A very family friendly place.Would definitely go again we enjoyed our visit and food.

Baby-back ribs were 10/10, great sticky BBQ sauce that went perfectly. Burger was yummy. Service was a delight. Would go again.

Was fantastic food. Couldn't fault it. Good service too. However ordered chips with cheese... wouldn't have if I knew it was cheese sauce

When here for an anniversary dinner, was welcomed with a free glass of bubbly which was a nice surprise. Menu has changed some what since I last visited (pre covid) but was still as expected and very tasty. Staff were very friendly and couldn't have done more to make us feel welcome and comfortable

My wife picked TGI for a bite to eat and I felt kinda ambivalent about it.After being seated with appropriate social distancing or waiter was fast friendly and attentive.Every dish we ordered exceeded expectations the revamped menu treated lighter and fresher than I remember and we both really enjoyed the nachos, vegan burger and veggie fajitas washed down with some cocktails.Great work TGI I'm now looking forward to the next visit with gusto.

Fantastic meal, cooked perfectly, and tasted great.We got seen and seeted in a very timely manner, and our waitress was very informal regarding the menu and what they had run out of.(This was expected as I booked it last minute, and the staff member managed to squeeze us in before they close, which my partner and I were very grateful for)We both had 3 coursesAnd they all came out beautifullyNot rushed or undercooked.Although it's slightly pricey, you definitely get what you pay for.Because of the consistency of the food and the promptness of our waitress, we left a more than acceptable tip.Since the visit I have already recommended this place to friends and family and I recommend you try it for yourself.*My partner wanted me to add:*(They also have amazing cocktails)

Service was fast. We went in earlier than our booking and were allowed in. Food was flavourful and portions were good. Staff were attentive. Good location with quick access to city centre. Seating area could have been cleaner. Choice of sauces were limited
