This evening was mine and hubby's first time ordering from here,I want to say the food was absolutely amazing, we will definitely be ordering again and again.The meat was perfectly tender, succulent, melted in my mouth. the chips were also amazing, the slaw was so fresh, everything we ate was amazing I give you guys a 10 out of 10 . Definitely deserve a 5 star 🌟. Thankyou

Soooo good, been in the catering industry for over 20 years and was really impressed with the place when I entered. The kitchen looks spotlessly clean and the chef's looked like they were doing a great job. The owner was a pleasure to talk to and was extremely passionate about what he was doing.As he explained the food presentation isn't the greatest due to the necessity of needing to maintain temperature but don't let that put you off.When we got the food home I thought I was going to have to get something in addition to eat later on as the portion looked smaller than in used to (I'm a big lad lol)Long story short I couldn't eat it all, it was easily the best meat I have ever had!!! I can't rate this place highly enough in every aspect.Do yourself a huge favour and give it a go, you won't be disappointed!

I was super pumped to see a smokehouse-type place come to Norwich! So I had to hit them up when I could!I ordered the Brisket plate which comes with an order of bread, I went with the "Flat Bread" option, and 2 sides, I went with the Iceberg/Crouton salad with Ranch and a regular order of chips. I think in general everything was good, but the brisket portion for the price left me a bit underwhelmed. The brisket itself was good, the chips were tasty and well seasoned and the salad was quite good. The flat bread was, in fact, bread. So it was great.Also of note, I got it on delivery on a Saturday night. I was quoted 1 hour and 25 minutes, it came in about an hour and a half, so pretty accurate! They require cash payment to the driver.Definitely will try again!

Finally got round to trying the food over at the smokehouse and did it live up to the hype... YES! Had the dirty chips.. 1 word.. phenomenal. Bacon burnt ends were new on the specials for that day, Hopefully they stick around. Staff were friendly and the delivery was on time couldn't ask for much more.Will be returning!!

Spotted this new takeaway on a recent work trip to Norwich and have been dying to try it. Finally got the chance this week and I can safely say that it didn’t disappoint. Tried to call for delivery, but they were having issues with the phone line, so glad that I decided to drive down there and collect an order. We tried the brisket (amazing smoky flavour and melts in the mouth), jerk chicken (succulent and just fell off the bone), ribs (very tasty, delicious sauce and very meaty), ranch salad (I can convince myself that this makes it all healthy) and the most delicious slaw. Everything was absolutely fabulous and the service was fantastic, in spite of them having major issues with the phone lines and extractor fans. Reheated some leftovers at work today and made my colleagues very jealous. Will definitely be returning on my next trip to Norwich.

An excellent alternative takeaway. I knew it would be brilliant as their sister shop Take Thai is my favourite in the city. Had our 1st try last night. Only trouble is trying to choose something from the great menu. st Louis ribs were amazing and the chips were spectacular.

Having ordered 3 meals from this Smokehouse I am very disappointedThe food was nearly cold.The pork rib had about 4 mouthfuls of meat with the rest being fatThe burnt ends were tough.I find it hard to accept that the burnt ends and ribs had been slow cooked for the 36 hours claimed in the menu.In fairness upon returning to the Smokehouse they were apologetic and provided some replacement food, not all. It was merely a token gesture. But I have to say that this is a bit late in the day as it should be right the first timeIt is so sad to have to issue a review in this vain but I believe it is important to be honest both when you have a great meal and when you don't. How can a place improve if it does not know.

Amazing smoked barbecue food - without a doubt one of the best takeaways in Norwich!Called up for a collection and it was ready in half an hour. The smoked brisket was to die for, and the pork belly ribs literally fell off the bone! Also had the chicken wings which were top notch - proper three piece wings smothered in sauce.Sides were great too. The meats also came served with a beef dripping jus for dipping which was a very nice touch - that stuff is like liquid gold!Will definitely be ordering again to sample the rest of their menu. Would highly recommend!
