The House in Norwich

The House is hands down my favourite restaurant in the whole of Norwich. The staff are friendly and kind. The food is delicious. The drunken noodles are so good that I've never ordered anything else, but the people I've gone with always say their meals are great too. The meals are really well priced considering I always have leftovers to take home.

Popped in for lunch. I was treated rudely - told I needed to be quick. My dining experience means a lot to me as a person. I was extremely saddened and I stood at the table and felt I was burden. I told them I would rather not have the table. I have been here before in the evening and it was fine with good service. However, I now regret having recommended this restaurant to friends. I would have preferred they did not offer a lunch menu rather than treat me asthough I was a low life scrounger because there is a special menu. I doubt I shall ever dine here again (evening nor day time) - There are plenty of good Thai restaurants in Norwich - I would spend my time elsewhere (time and how we are treated is worth more than money, in my opinion - we can never get refunds on those).

Lovely food, good portions. Friendly staff. Good choice of menu. Look forward to going again.

Food is quite pricey. Staff are very moody & seemed can't be bother. They also overcharged you if you are not careful. Very bad service. Never again!!!

Went here for the first time, and really enjoyed it, lots of choice on the menu and the food was very tasty. I did find the calamari a little bland and maybe a bit of seasoning would have but I am nit picking. All in all worth it! The staff were very attentive and friendly.Will be coming back the next time I am in Norwich.

Really nice Thai restaurant, though they have very limited vegetarian/vegan options. A bit expensive, price definitely doesn’t justify the portion size. However, the food is absolutely delicious, wish they were a bit more accommodating with the requests of changes the customer ask for and staff could try to smile a bit more.

Lovely vegitarian fresh food I ordered 😋 and had derived to hotel room and so glad found The House on Google! I rang up to order with lovely staff she really helpful and got 10% discount. If I got chance to travel this way again will have a meal in restaurant and drink Singha Beer!

Very pleasing restaurant and have friendly services. we asked for fried eggs on top of our meal and they served them even though they have already sent our food tot the table. the environment is very amazing and the light is pleasing to the eyes. I ordered stir fried oyster sauce and surprisingly they made me full even though I haven't eat anything before. would recommend. SHEESHHH
