The Lamb Inn in Norwich

I would not go back for the food although I can see it being a good place to enjoy a drink. Sunday roast was really unpleasant. Beef was dry and cut like doorstops, cauliflower cheese was just steamed cauliflower with what seemed like American cheese on top. Despite this the staff were very helpful and understanding which we appreciated.

Not bad for a city centre pub. Decent beer selection, but I wasn't so impressed with the food offering as dishes were not available on a Saturday at lunchtime when you'd have expected a fully stocked kitchen. That said I would visit again.

Went for a meal with friends, not been for a while. Really disappointing. Food was ok, lots of choices not available. The most disappointing thing was the service. Sat upstairs where the bar was closed so having to trot up and down the stairs with our drinks. When we were shown to our table we weren't told we needed to order on the app. Eventually worked that out. However app didn't work properly and the app doesn't list the beers or wines available, ended up going down to the bar to order the food and drinks. Had planned to go back in a couple of weeks with other friends but will be looking for somewhere else now.

2 of us had burgers they were very disappointing, burger very crispy and very little salad. The mushroom starter was lovely and other had surf and turf which they enjoyed

Lovely place to go for a drink. Outside heaters so can go in most weather. Ideal place to have a drink in town before having food at one of the restaurants. That said, I believe they do food at the Lamb Inn too.

As we were in our fine City today shopping, we decided to have lunch and a drink in the Lamb! We had Roast beef and a Turkey dinner, as pubs go this was without a doubt one of the best dinners we have had. Staff were very attentive and smiley to. All in all lovely thank you. See you again soon.

Really friendly and helpful staff. Manager greeted us at the door and found us a table. Lovely food with lots of choice plus the best mulled cider I've ever had!

Quirky little place with indoor and oudoor eating, the food was usual pub fayre but very good.

We were so happy with the food at the Lamb Inn. Were both vegan and often the options in pubs is pretty rubbish. But I had this amazing beetroot tart. It was delicious. So considered and full of flavour. We had a lovely afternoon sitting outside with both our dogs. Nice atmosphere, great food and service.

Really lovely dining experience. The staff were brilliant, the atmosphere was great, but the vegetarian options were a bit limited. My main meal was delicious, but I ordered a side of cauliflower cheese which wasn't very good. It was sitting in water and was just boiled cauliflower with cheese grated on it, and for that reason I have given a 4 star review. I would go back again though, and hopefully my next experience will bump it up to 5 stars
