The Marsham Arms Coaching Inn in Norwich

Thoroughly enjoyed the meals I had while staying here. The menu is extensive and varied, the two desserts were excellent. Service is friendly a d efficient.

Good lunch at Marsham Arms on a Sunday. Unfortunately there were very limited veggie options but my partner and I enjoyed the cheese and tomato melts.Everything tasted fresh and homemade including the beer battered onion rings - huge and delicious! The chips were quite oily which was our only negative.Service was great and everything was served with a smile. A brilliant team.

Five friends and I enjoyed a lovely meal here yesterday. The waiter was very attentive and courteous and didn't ask for our menu choices until he'd seen the final group member arrive. My elderflower cordial with soda was attactively topped with frozen berries which I just had to eat - they were delicious. We all enjoyed our meals (just 1 course each); my king prawn linguine was super - lovely sauce and very tasty prawns. We will return.

Lovely place, staff are really friendly and super helpful. Also accomadated for my doggo to! Food in general was yummy, we had starters, main & dessert. If I was going to be picky the hake that I had was a little on the drier side. But definitely would be going back!

Had lovely meal for my wife's b.day thanks to my daughter and grandson staff lovely polite really nice chilled atmosphere would definitely recommend and go back 👍

Lovely place to stay, great friendly staff excellent breakfast, very clean spacious rooms . Just a couple of criticisms Hubby and I had a twin room, his bed was against the wall so no problem, however the other bed rolled away when I sat on it, had my Husband used this bed he would have ended up on the floor as he is disabled . Also a long walk for him to the dining room for breakfast. Lots of towels in bathroom , however I feel less towels and a bathrobe would be an improvement. Also an extra blanket . Otherwise no complaints

Stayed here with my mum after a shopping trip in norwich. The stay was brilliant. The accommodation was very clean,spacious and well equipped for our stay. Staff were very welcoming and friendly and the food was cooked to perfection. Already looking at booking again.

Treated like royalty. Staff went out of their way to make our stay perfect. The food was exquisite with good portions; the beer local and as for the gin selection....Room clean and homely. Toiletries; refreshment tray; loads of towels. I cannot recommend any higher. We will be returning.

The food was excellent. Generous portions. Varied menu. Their greatest asset was their warm, friendly, smiling staff who excelled in their duties. Thoroughly enjoyable. Well done Team Marsham Arms.

Staff extremely helpful. We were staying overnight but leaving before breakfast, so they offered to make us up a picnic to take with us. Spot on !! The room was lovely and clean and the bathroom was so spacious. The food in the restaurant was delicious. Yes a little pricey but worth it. Would definitely stay again.
