What a chilled place!!! Not been here in years and a lovely surprise as its very nice place to meet friends for a catch and a chilled drink.. One thing the music was really loud (was a Saturday night) couldn't chat much.. Yet would definitely recommend and go back again..

Had a lovely time in The Wildman, friendly staff, great selection of cocktails (the Salted Caramel Maloko was amazing!), and clean facilities for when you break that seal! I will definitely be going again and I know my friends will be, too!

Recently refurbished and very nicely done. Quite a small town centre pub, it was fairly quiet after lunch but got busier through Saturday afternoon. Good that they had three bitters on plus pumps for cider and lager as well as Blue Moon Belgian beer. The pints I had were very good.There was comfortable seating, the staff were friendly and they welcome dogs so this will be a nice addition in the city we can go with the dog.There is a small snack menu and we did order crisps, unfortunately these are actually nachos which weren't what we wanted. The pastries on the bar did look good though.

Good setting. Music is ok. It's an older crowd. Which is pretty cool! One thing I didn't like was the minimum of £5 for using your card. I was only ordering drinks for myself so I didn't need to spend more than £5. The barman was cool.
