Just want to say a huge thank you all from the cafe and the gentleman who helped me todayI passed out when I got off the bus (? Due to the heat )Everyone was so kind and caringMy friend and I just were overwhelmed by thisAgain many thanksI hope to come back for food but on a cooler day !

a beautiful studio and cute cafe, the smoothies and homemade lemonade are particularly yummy :) a lovely environment for yoga

Best yoga venue in Norwich.. lovely ambience and all of the teachers are great. I highly recommend classes with Ivana or Atma!

So pleased to see this venue open. Lovely peaceful little cafe with excellent food and charming staff. Such a calming atmosphere. One small gripe: the wobbly tables, not unusual in period venues I know, but easily remedied. Strongly recommend the paninis.

You've got to try this place ! Great range of teas and coffees with a fantastic range of home cooked food and cakes. Unique art on sale and various Yoga classes, Meditation and Massage sessions with qualified Instructors. A small and cozy delightful place.
