Waffle House in Norwich

Lovely breakfast here. Staff were really friendly, coffee was good and the food was delicious. Can’t fault it and will definitely be returning!

Lovely lunch in the most Norwichy Norwich lunch spot! The Waffle House is always great - a Norwich speciality not seen everywhere else, so great for visitors and yet still a treat for locals too.Everything is on a waffle - except the bits that aren't! Student discount of 15% even on Saturdays, just show them your card.Food was nice and a choice of interesting 'salad (on a waffle)' combos as well as more traditional options. I didn't realize some brunch options are served all day, until I got plate envy after we'd ordered. Good selection of drinks, including milkshakes.

I cannot reccomend The Waffle House highly enough. Delicious food and lovely staff. Go there!

Found this by accident but glad I did😁. Has been trading for 40years plus, so must be doing something right. Great food with numerous options based on sweet or savoury waffles. Good portions and reasonable prices. Will definitely visit again

We went here for dinner and I was so surprised with their savoury festive waffles. The gravy, chicken and pork on the waffle tastes amazing, I would even say it was better than the dessert waffle I had after. My girlfriend compared the waffle covered in gravy to a Yorkshire pudding in a roast. The staff were friendly and I can't really think of anything that made them stand out. I just remember that they were very polite and helpful. The mulled wine really got me in the festive mood.

This place is easily my favourite place to eat in Norwich. I love the cafe feel and the waffles are just AMAZING! Throughout the years of visiting the staff have always been so friendly and welcoming and work so hard. I’ll be visiting again very soon for waffles before a trip to the local cinema. Lovely sweet and savoury waffles! Well priced and fantastic service. What more could you want? Always go for a scoop on top! (I made the mistake of not doing it)

Had a great breakfast, service was fab and the food was great. The Gruyere filled waffle was incredible! Would definitely recommend.

Took a while to be seated even with a table free but once we were, what an experience! Waffles were excellent, my toppings (chocolate sauce and vanilla ice cream) were incredible, and received very positive reviews of the apples, whipped cream, cookies & cream ice cream and maple syrup from other members of my party. Great experience all round.

After 7.9 Miles of walking around and exploring Norwich!!! It was time for a Norwich Institution of Waffles. I had a Pork and Leek Sausage Savoury Number to start followed by a Chocolate and Honeycomb Number for Dessert all washed down with the most tasty Maltesers Milkshake! 😋😋😋.
