Having never tried sushi we didn't know what to expect but we absolutely love the food here. The service is always on point. The new food delivery system is great and really appreciated since the pandemic. The food is simply amazing, even if your not a fan of sushi there is so much to try and love.

I partake in thier To Good To Go meal deals. Always ready on time, and always well worth the money. Amazing variety of sushi well prepared.

Don't offer as many dishes as they used to but still very tasty food at fairly decent prices for this type of food. Love the variety you can get.

Yo Sushi - Revamped!! Always enjoyed Yo as a novelty sushi experience I suppose but on a recent visit it has changed a little but in a good way. Firstly the staff are really friendly, helpful and just a generally nice bunch (I don't think this on previous visits pre-pandemic) Secondly the menu has had a fresh update - I had one of the new bowls on offer and have to say it was banging!! (And healthy!). Thirdly, and I personally think this is brilliant in terms of food waste and ordering food really fresh, you order via QR belt and then the items come straight to you seat around the conveyor belt which stops right it front of you...already looking forward to coming back again!!

Very poor experience. Yo's attempts to adapt its systems to deal with Covid have merely served to ruin the entire concept and ensure that my custom will not be repeated. All ordering is done via a clunky website and, as mobile reception in the restaurant is poor, requires the use of Yo's in-house WiFi, which requires an inordinate amount of personal information in order to sign up.Once the order has been placed, service is glacially slow, and it would appear that the key here is to order everything at once, rather than adopt the usual strategy of picking and choosing one or two dishes at a time.Drinks were missed off the order, and the continuity of the orders was extremely poor, with side dishes arriving some twenty minutes in advance of 'main' dishes. The toilets were filthy and did not look as if they had been cleaned for days, which was backed up by the cleaning log not having been filled in for four days... Add to this the large number of flies buzzing around the seating area, and this makes for an unfortunate experience that we shall not be repeating.Take away the conveyor-belt, and Yo just becomes an overpriced low-rent attempt at poor quality sushi.

Usually have such a pleasant, welcoming and lovely experience in the restaurant. We absolutely love the food and were so looking forward to going today. Upon arriving we were greeting by the woman seating guests, I have never encountered someone so rude working in a customer service environment. This is not the way customers should be talked to regardless of situation.

Tried Yo! Sushi for the first time as we normally go to the ''other'' Japanese place and fancied a change. The sushi was to die for and really well priced. As I was still hungry I ordered the beef teriyaki main and my husband the Katsu ckicken curry... To say they were disappointing is a bit of an understatement. The portions were tiny and to be honest the food wasn't that great and after a few bites the teriyaki flavour overwhelmed everything. I also love spice but the amount of spice for such a small portion was ridiculous. .. and still hungry after £30+ spent on lunch. The staff however, are friendly and attentive and the restaurant looks clean and well looked after. Unfortunately we won't be back... I'll be spending the extra and going to the other place.

I took my 10y old son here and we both loved it! It was such a fun lunch! The food was delicious, trying to use chopsticks was fun and the novelty of it coming round on the conveyor belt kept us entertained! Trying to work out how to use chopsticks

We waited 15 minutes outside to get in on an admittedly busy Saturday 6pm evening but were told no spaces. That is understandable, we hadn't reserved, though we never used to before, but what was less good was that the staff could see I was waiting there with two young children who absolutely love Yo sushi and despite coming out to take the couple before us in and then talking to them for ten minutes, could not they just have told us at that point it was reservation only? The processes of the restaurant have also changed. The reason for Yo Sushi is the conveyor belt. They have got rid of that. It is now the same concept as any other place. Order, get served.Such attitudes show folk have forgotten how they sat at home in furlough worried they might not have a job to come back to.Some businesses have evolved and become better post pandemic. Sadly this one has not. We won't be trying thus branch again, and probably not another branch till they switch those belts on again! The food I'm sure is as delicious as ever..

A strange dining experience, but very nice food and delightful, helpful staff. Order from the website, automatically delivered to your table! Don't order dessert at the same time as your other food though as it will arrive first! Very tasty as a starter too!
