Zizzi - Norwich in Norwich

Staff were friendly. Food was fantastic and very well presented. Brilliant vegan choices. Nice experience all round. Although it was busy we could still hear ourselves speak. Highly recommend.

Fantastic 👏 despite being fully booked the service was exceptional, food was brilliant and the pace of the whole experience was just right for an enjoyable, relaxed family meal. Definitely recommend and special shout out to Andreas who had great customer service

Ok, so it's a chain and you really want to go to independent restaurants. However, it's a solid decent food, decent prices, you know what you're getting... So yeah, it's not very ambitious but it's good, and right next to the cathedral which is handy if you're seeing a show there!

The customer service and welcome was exceptional . We had some issues with Tesco Rewards vouchers no longer taken here. SIMONA was outstanding at giving us options on how we could get assistance with this. All other waitresses too were excellent at their job and very friendly and helpful.Restaurant had a lovely calm, warm atmosphere and ghe food was excellent. Thank you, we thoroughly enjoyed our experience :0)

The Norwich branch used to be one of our favourite family restaurants. However our recent visit left us extremely disappointed. The menu had been updated and our favourites had been replaced. I understand menus get updated, but the biggest kick in the teeth was the fact they have STOPPED accepting Tesco vouchers! As a family of five, this was an expensive bill to have to pay. The restaurant should be informing people as soon as they arrive that these vouchers aren't valid anymore. My family will not be visiting Zizzi again.

Nice food , the 5 young adults in the front enjoyed the pasta.but the sea bass dish / most expensive, the fish was a "very" small portion. No bigger than a prepacked smoked mackerel fillet. Chips were less than you get in a kfc portion.Couldn't justify £6.00+ for the tomato and melted cheese starter or same for garlic bread .Overpriced in my opinion

Food was good, but only 2/3 of menu available. This should be mentioned when booking.

In Zizzi restaurant you can have great pizza and pasta. The portions are large but the prices are quite high

Not for me this place. The food was just ok. Mine was not nice. Vegan choices consist of one pizza, one pasta and one desert.Vegan/plant based is easy and everywhere now 👍My partners meat pizza was over cooked and brittle. He was disappointed also.They did accomate 16 of us which was fab.I was waiting to be asked if we enjoyed our meal so I could give my opinion in person rather than on here..
