I had food from here and I had hair in both of my food and I try ring them all night and they said that was giveing me one back but when you what the money back the don’t answer the phone

My favourite shop Ali kebab house I always order food from them the munchbox is outstanding👍👍👍

Food is alway hot and on time lovely food chicken is great kebab's are fantastic fresh salad burgers are also delicious

The onion rings I had received were soggy and the chocolate cake was absolutely frozen solid🙄

Extremely poor service, this takeaway took my money online, then called to say they don't deliver to my area. I've been chasing for a refund for over 2 weeks now, with the fob off of the manager will call you back and he never has. The last time of calling, I've been hung up on twice! I'm fuming and will never order from here again. They have, in essence, stolen money and shown a complete lack of respect and extremely bad customer service. Avoid this takeaway like the plague! Maybe this review will finally get the manager to call me back and issue a refund...

One of the 24 hours shop in Peterborough city center. Low cost shop. Take away only. Popcorn chicken must try. Southern fried chicken is a juicy thing available here.

Staff was very rude, food was uncooked and burnt, and was very expensive! Also asked for sauce and they starting arguing with me and with each other, not very happy unorganised, therefore one of the most worst takeaways in peterborough

I'm supprised that this place still exist. Got takeaway from this place and all meet was undercooked also found big bones on Chicken Donner. Finally trow away the rest as wasn't edible..

Cold food, refused a refund. Please do not order from here. I have wasted my money, I was also missing an item. Please choose elsewhere and don't waste your hard earnt money.

Had an absolutely AMAZING kebab tonight from Ali’s! Freshly cooked meat, fresh salad and all wrapped perfectly in heated pitta. Delivery and service were impeccable, would recommend these guys EVERY single day!
