I have been there 5-6 years ago but didn’t enjoy it. Today I thought I will give it another go but unfortunately haven’t enjoyed it again.Staff were tired and frustrated. When we got to the table I noticed that there is a lipstick mark on one of the napkins, so the cutlery was not changed since last customers. I asked the lady to change all napkins and cutlery but she was not happy about it. When customers from next table left we saw how tables are cleaned. So as previous customers only used forks, the lady left the rest of the cutlery and napkins and just sprayed cleaner in between (pretty sure some chemicals got onto cutlery) and quickly cleaned only that spot of the table. Then she got another 2 clean forks on the table and that’s it.It was not busy but we had to wait for our food very long. Probably it was just sitting in the kitchen because we got it almost cold. It tasted good so kitchen is why I give 2 stars.I’m pretty sure I won’t be going there again.

I gave a order thru uber eat at this restaurant for some pastas and i specified that i do not want red chilli on my pasta and also called at the restaurant and told them that just to be sure(they said no problem with that)but when my order arrived i had red chilli on my pasta,I ve called again and they said there isn t there’s fault and have to deal this with uber eats, even if i called at the restaurant and told them directly i do not want.too bad for that as i used to order from there but they not being careful at the costumer needs and they don t want to take any responsability for this👎

Have been twice now. Coincidentally sat at the same table each time!Have had no issues booking reservations. Staff are polite and the food is good. Starter portions could be a little bigger, especially the ones on the sharer section, but nothing to complain about because the quality of food is good. Have been very happy with my experiences there so far. Would gladly recommend people to go and will be going back myself. Me and my partner love it here for a quiet date night

Went here with my family... food was brilliant, the pizza was little too much of well done but apart from that was delicious. Our waiter Bradley was fantastic. Welcoming, friendly and helpful couldn't ask for a better waiter. Was abit cold inside the place but apart from that brilliant. Will be going back in the near future.

Nice food but my goodness, this place needs a good clean. We sat down to grubby cutlery, the wall was absolutely vile and there was something on a picture frame that resembled something picked out of a child’s nose. We spotted cobwebs, dirty windows and a dirty floor. The restaurant had only been opened an hour when we arrived and there was barely anyone there. Inexcusable. We couldn’t wait to leave.

Never been to this branch before and will never do so again. The food was fine, however the ÂŁ100 parking fine was not. Neither I nor my friend (who was separately fined) saw the parking signs. Having now read the reviews, it would appear that the time limit has gone from being 3 hours down to 2 hours, so to me it seems that customers were staying (those who saw the signs in the dark or as in my case the fog) just under 3 hours and Britain's Parking needed to make more money from a quite empty car park. There were no signs on the door, nor did the staff inside Bella Italia advise of the parking limit.

Always great food here, my favourite is the garlic & cheese flatbread (starter). The service around 3-4 years ago was awful but the past couple of years they have stepped up their game. There is a young lad who is one of the waiters who is there every time I go and he always has a smile on his face and gives great service. I hope Bella can survive through covid

2nd time visiting here. Food was nice, although not hot. I had a pizza and it tasted lovely. The service was awful. He were seated and then left for over 10 minutes, before anyone came over to take our order, not even a drink was offered. It took an hour for our food to be cooked and we also had to wait for the table to be cleared and desserts to be ordered. Overall we were in this establishment for over 2 hours, and we did not eat slowly. Additionally, the seats were dirty, stained and had bits of food on them, which stuck on my jeans. We will not visit again, very disappointed.
