Burger King in Peterborough

Second time my experience is bad. Couple of years ago I was there with my partner. Later,after food we both have stomach problems.Today,my son asked to go inside. And now I know, why we had that last time. We went to second floor. They are not using any spray or chemicals to clean tables. Just dry blue kitchen towel. Dry! Nothing else. So you are taking food and putting on the table after that,when someone sneezes on the table.Second part, service. When I asked simple question-do you have menu? Answer from the manager was very simple-look on screen! When I asked ,is that all of what you have? She said-yes. When I waited for my order- i saw menu on the wall, in the corner. And there were more cheaper burgers,then we found on screen.Experience -0Service - 0Taste - 2Clean - 0Toilets? Out of orderExpensive - veryRecommendations for friends? Never!

Went to BK on Tuesday to have a nice meal, however it wasn't very good and tasty. The double cheeseburger with bacon was very dry and didn't taste good. It was also putting me off a bit as I've heard someone coughing almost like trying to throw up in the toilets and got concerned if my burger might give me food poisoning. Both me and my partner who ordered them later on felt our stomachs be really upset.

Use to be my favourite...but I was entitled to a free Whopper but the app didn't process it and the attendants where very obnoxious about the whole thing... If I hadn't paid online, I would take my money and lunch at McDonald's instead...better service and they treat you with respect...Never going back to Burger king ... Better service trumps the flavour

As always nice food but my sons kids meal was just served in a paper bag. 3 crayons put in but nothing to colour.Nearly £5 for a cheeseburger, small chips and capri sun drink.... oh and 3 crayons

Poor service. Partner and I ordered on the app, staff were obviously confused, flustered, conflicting with each other, and carrying that attitude forward to customers. When our food was ready, they called out the orders by contents, not reference numbers. Our orders were pretty common, so we'd ask if these were A286 and A287, to which they just replied with the order contents again.I took mine home to eat later, and when I reheated it, I discovered the chili cheese bites I'd ordered were actually chicken nuggets in a chili cheese bites bag. I'm allergic to chicken, so that's £3.49 in the bin.Place needs to get their heads straight, fulfill orders correctly, and take a more positive attitude towards customer service. I'm aware fast food jobs aren't the best and don't pay well, but it costs a person nothing to be polite. No need to get short with me just because I want to check the food you're handing out is actually my order and not someone else's...

I will never order from this place again, absolutely disgusting. I spent 25 pounds on two angus meals and they were soooo tiny, nothing like in a picture. The size of McDonald's tripple cheeseburger at best. The quality not the best as well, for that money you cn get a really quality burger from five guys or handmade. I recommend not to bother with burger king

Food was ok. Standard BK stuff. The problem is the state of the place. Empty hand sanitisers and the toilets are an absolute disgrace. The smell of old urine is awful and, not only was there no toilet paper, there's not even a toilet paper holder on the wall. My friend says the women's toilets were terrible as well. Probably the worst fast food place I've ever been in. Do yourself a favour and go to Maccies instead.

Excellent customer service as usual.The gentleman also helped me to save money by suggesting a better deal than what I had asked for.I only would love to have Burger King drive through though.I feel that people like me would be more frequent customers if I could find a drive through.

Dire.I will only ever eat here in the future if it's a hostage situation. Has to be one of the most unkept places I've eaten. The food was subpar and the attitude was so poor. Service time was slow, and unenthusiastic.As for the "Mac & cheese bites" I don't know what to say. They look wrong and they tasted horrible. I have no idea what possessed me to not eat at McDonald's but I will never let it possess me again. Truly a misteak. A huge, horrible tasting, waste of money misteak.

I don't usually go to Burger King, because there's a McDonald's just around the corner and it seems to be the best option, but I was pleasantly surprised by how their burgers are better than McDonald's! I had a whopper and it was lovely, but assembly was a slight disappointment. Nonetheless, a great lunch!
