Costa Coffee in Peterborough

Lovely spot for coffee and a slice of cake after my birthday lunch and the high back chairs are so comfy!

Always good my favourite coffee shop and staff are lovely too.

Met a friend for coffee and something to eat. Very disappointed that they do not stock gluten free and charge 45p for extra for a plant milk.

Queue was out the door and only 3 staff on bless them. They did the best they could but were clearly overwhelmed. Behind the desk was a mess rubbish all over the counters and floor. Ran out most of the sandwiches and there were a few dirty tables. I had a take away hot choc and once ordered didn't wait long but they were clearly understaffed

Accessible toilet not very clean with everyone using it as there are no other toilets it could do with being checked and cleaned more frequently

Costa is always great if you are a coffee lover. This branch is just as good. Reasonable amount of seating and some outside.

Staff and coffee were very good unfortunately had to wait to get a seat

Had a lovely experience in here today. Staff were really pleasant and friendly. Shop was tidy & clean. I witnessed a member of staff being really helpful to a lady with additional needs which was really heartwarming to see..

Great social distancing measures that staff enforce to ones who think it doesn't apply to them. Have to track & trace b4 you get served. Fast service, good procedures and great coffee!

Great place to stop while shopping to have a break. Offers snacks coffee and other drinks to refresh yourself. On busy days you might struggle to find a seat but takeaway a avaliable and plenty of seating near by to sit and have your snack and coffee the staff are friendly polite and helpful so don't hesitate to ask for help or advise can strongly recommend this place for a break while shopping
