Creams Cafe in Peterborough

Great atmosphere. Quality of the food, amazing. Customer service, amazing. Interior was lovely. Nothing bad from my experience here.

My experience Creams was awful. I ordered crepes with with banana and strawberries and a cookie dough. Firstly, the crepe’s strawberries were all soggy and moist, they didn’t seem to be fresh at all, and the cookie dough was so small for the £7 it costs, it was really a joke. Don’t order from them, they advise 20-45 mins for delivery but they take over an hour to arrive, and the customer service is only saying sorry but not helping, don’t waste your time with this company, they are just useless.Really dissapointed with my big order, they were not considerate at all, food was bad and delivery was very late. I was having a party and had some wxpectations based on the info they advise on the app, but definitely I will never order again, and was my second time I ordered with Creams. First time also arrived late but I tried to understand this can happen, but when you being unreasonable and take advantage of people’s patience then it’s just lame. Terrible way of making business.

Creams are our family favourite!Great gelato, waffles and sundaes.Since dine-in is shut these days, we did take away this time.My ony issue with them is the high price! I think most of the prices are 20% higher than what they should be.

Creams desserts are absolutely lovely. The decor, the cleaniness and above all the service was top. Staff are all very friendly and extremely helpful, I would highly recommend this place to be your number one dessert parlour.Keep it up Creams :)

Amazing customer service. Great ambience. Dessert was out of this world. Rich and filling too. Tasty and inviting for a come-back.It’s definitely a place to visit for casual dates, friends hangout, birthdays, fun eat out.I enjoyed every bit of this.

This is my 2nd visit here and yet again didn't fail to impress. Very clean. Absolute fantastic friendly staff that actually remembered us and what we had the last time we came over a year ago. Massive choice of sweets and drinks. And will also customise your order . The service was fast and the food was very well presented.. I live about 65 miles from here and would travel here just for the experience. Well done all at creams café. See you again soon

I absolutely love having these guys as my neighbours! really nice on a hot day or a cheeky day when you want something very tasty. walk down the road and that banana waffle split or monster chocolate shake is in your tummy. really nice people and they do their best to make it a experience. my only issue is the music (loud and sometimes not family friendly) but that is personal my choice. otherwise food is good, speed of service is good and menu selection is good.

Fantastic place!Stylish design!Climatically!I visited this place with a friend for the first time where we were also was asked about that. Waiter show us local and he showed what they have available on the menu.I ate that with strawberries and I felt the sky in my mouth. I don't remember the name but you can show that photo !I recommend take that with some icecrams what they ask for killing sweetness :DIt was not last visit !!

A great place to visit, the portions were massive, the price very reasonable and the decor was amazing. For £20 we got 2 milkshakes, a premium waffle and a hot fudge sundae. An incredibly friendly and welcoming member of staff asked if we had visited before and showed us how everything works. Upon ordering, our food arrived in less than 10 minutes and was just like the pictures if not better.Honestly, the waffles could be shared as I left more than half. We went at 5pm and it wasn't busy at all, great place for a family.Also, if the manager reads this, the staff working on March 1st at 5pm were incredible and deserve great praise.
